Date Joined: Well, I've been on this account since 08/31/2007, when my last account was hacked. I originally joined sometime in late 2005/ early 2006.
Quest: Well I have several large quests, and although I may never get all of the money, it should keep me busy for a while. I've always wanted a Chain Wallet, and an Angelic Pendant. As a side quest, I'd love to collect every store item.
Why: Why am I questing for these things? Well, I guess the Punk in me just fell in love with the Wallet, and when it was cheap enough for me to save up for it, I was just a newb and didn't know what to do. As for the Angelic Pendant, well, I have a girlie side too, and I gave my Pendant to a friend of mine when they first came out so that she could sell it to complete her quest. Figured I'd buy one later. Lawl. And for all the other items.. I just want them. -Shrug- Lol.
When: When did I start questing? Well, I've been questing for this chain wallet for well over a year, but anytime I get any amount of money, it goes to one or more of three things; Donation items, Charities, or newer store items. I've just decided to quest for the Angelic Pendant, and the quest for store items is basically never ending.
How: Well.. .truth be told, I don't make much gold. I'm not on 24/7, so I have a hard time making it through the forums or whatever. Generally I'll buy a donation letter, and when it gets to be about a month old, sell it.
Birthday: Well, my birthday falls on October 15, 1988. So I'm 19, and can't wait to turn 20. For my birthday, my family usually gets together and cooks out or something. I don't usually ask for gifts; I prefer that someone get me something that they happen to pass that they think I may like. I'm definitely not picky, and appreciate everything.
Favorite Color(s): Hrm.. I guess I'd have to say my favourite colour is blue. But if you want to get more descriptive, I like the kind of blue you see when you look into a sapphire. You know, multi-faceted, with more than one shade or hue. I just can't choose a shade to be my favourite. But I like how when cats have blue eyes, it's almost like you're drawn to them against your will. It's so powerful. That's the kind of blue I like .
Abortion, Gay Marriage, Affirmative Action: I'm a person born with the curse of being able to see a subject from both sides. Therefore, I usually don't have a solid opinion, because I can see the good and bad aspects of everything. What I feel about Abortion is that everyone should be entitled to that right. Why? Well, I know it sounds evil to be talking about killing what would otherwise one day grow to be a human being, but.. what if someone was raped, and got pregnant? Behaviour is hereditary, mostly, so it's likely that your child could grow up and do the same to other people. Some may just not want to risk that happening. I understand that instilling life into the world is a wonderful thing, but the truth of the matter is, some people may not be ready, willing, or able to care for a child.
As for Gay Marriage, well, I condone it a hundred percent. I don't understand why people are so against it. Men love women, women love men. Men love men, women love women. As long as love is involved, I think everyone should have equal rights. Not allowing gay people to marry is like not letting two people of the same blood type to marry - many people are born with homosexual tendencies, and have no control over their likes and dislikes. So why isolate and punish a group of people for something that isn't their fault?
And lastly, Affirmative Action. Well, as far as I'm concerned, we shouldn't be held accountable for something our ancestors did a long time ago. Say, our great-great grandparents owned and abused slaves. Alright, well slavery's ended and a lot of people these days aren't proud of what they're family did. But it's not as if the descendants of the slaves were hurt by the actions. If you make a big deal about being captured and brought to America, and don't like America, go back to Africa. We didn't do it, so stop complaining to us to make it better. I don't see how making associations, companies, colleges, or anything else for one race or ethnicity is really helping them to pull out of the lower end of the social pond. Really, it makes everyone remember times that they'd rather forget, such as slavery, for example. [ I hope to the Gods that I answered that question right. >___>;; ]
Favorite Music: Oh, well, I like any kind. Country music often makes me moody because it sometimes applies to what's been going on with me. I like pop if it's catchy; it makes you wanna move around. Hip-hop, rap, jazz, and most other kinds of music are all good too; so long as they have a rawkin' beat and decent lyrics.
Favorite Book(s): Oh man, I read everything. Newspapers, recipe books, magazines, and every genre of book available. I simply love words. So as long as it's interesting, I read it.
Future Job: Well, ever since I could remember, I've wanted to be a chef. I love preparing and cooking food. But going to a school for culinary arts takes money that I don't have, and since I just graduated in 2007, I figured I'd get a job, save up some money first, and then take classes. I don't currently have a job, but I'm going to be applying for Wal-Mart tomorrow.
Favorite Food: I'm a potato person. Any way you cook them, I love them. And I love them with onions and cheese, too. Yummy.. I'm also a Chinese food addict, can't get enough.
Anything Else: Well... I guess all I have left to say is that I really like writing and hope to someday write a book. I'm on Gaia whenever I have the opportunity, and I also like donating to others who are questing. Many friends of mine compare me to a therapist, which is funny, but I guess I just enjoy listening to people and helping them solve their problems. Anything else you'd like to know, you'd have to ask about. I'm not good at listing off facts about myself. Thanks for the form; I enjoy filling them out!
