Eh there's no difference when it's "chalky". That's called "Blooming" in the chocolate industry btw, it's when the sugar seperates a little from the chocolate and rises to the top, making it seem whitish. Also happens when the chocolate was improperly melted & reformed. Very hard to taste the difference, atleast i can't tell if it tastes any worse. It's just sugar after all XD

Haha XD. I agree, when i was single i didn't care, i mean i got free chocolate from friends and teachers, and chocolate went on sale on the 15th XD, why complain? Although it is silly to use one day to be extra loving, you should be extra loving everyday! <3
