Daily chance not turning gold

been this way for over 2 months for me, funny i can get 149 plat in forums but 1 plat from cart which wont turn gold but stays red, maybe solution is to spam forums for extra gold as gaia cant seem to fix one simple problem yet they sure can shove out the dam pay us cash items and fix those probs in just a couple of hours and im hella mad my cart wont change back to gold or any other color to grant more plat
wishes this issue would get fixed now! maybe for those affected they could give us like some ammt of plat to show there sorry but dont count on that

That issue was fixed 5 days ago, please check again tomorrow, which should enable your status if you had been logging in for the past 5 days. I had to re-write the system so hopefully it's properly fixed this time.

I pushed out a fix on Wednesday after overhauling the entire system. sweatdrop
The old code seemed to have multiple points of errors, so I just overwrote the system with my own logic. (also made it slightly more lenient) Hopefully things will work properly this time around!
If things are working well for you guys I'll go ahead and post an staff notice about the fix. 3nodding

I thought I'd leave it abit longer, but even after 2 weeks of the fix my Daily Chance Carts are still 'Red'. I've logged in and grabbed all the carts daily just to make sure.

The problem is still not resolved and as of today the daily chance cart is still red despite logging in every day. Here is a thread in the Bug Reports about it and many still have their carts remaining red.

Since the fix doesn't seem to be working, would it be possible to turn everyone gold until they have a lapse in log-ins? Maybe that would reset everything. Just a suggestion....unless something else works soon. It's been several months now. Thanks

My cart has been red for months.
And I know there have been lapses where my 'flag' or counter or whatever should have reset from not logging in or collecting the carts.

ATS said it would be fixed today or tomorrow. Today was Wednesday. Tomorrow was Thursday. This is Saturday. When should we expect this fix to kick in?

have only been playing this game for 4 weeks and my cart has always been red. should it be a different color now?

I'm having this issue as well. Been logging in every day for months, I've never had it turn gold.
