Stepping out from the waves of water, placing a paw gently on shore, the mother Anakuii watched the others quietly, eyes glinting in the light. Attention falling on her own son, Aluu, she smiled softly, laying in the lapping ways to watch his actions. Her tail thrummed the sand as she observed the interactions, careful not to make her arrival too obvious and dramatic. Sighing contently, she remained quiet and low-laying in the waves.

Aluu stretched a bit, exhausted from his long day. A slight yawn, here and there -- as he laid himself in the shallow warm waters. He snugged up with himself, a smile across his face.

Noticing the arrival of her son to the shallow water, Anakuii pushed back into the depths, still keeping an eye on the boy. For now, if at all possible, she planned on avoiding an unnessicary meeting, of awkward questions and stares. It was far too soon, at any rate.
