I always did fail at the logic games we played in school. Things like:
"You just dug a hole that is 3m by 5m by 7m. How much dirt did you remove from the hole?"
Answer: "None. There isn't any dirt in a hole! Otherwise it wouldn't be a hole!"
Eep: "Crap, and there I was panicking and doing the math!"
"You live in a house that has three walls, all of which face south. A bear walks by a window. What colour is it?"
Eep: o.o
Answer: "The bear is white. For all walls to face south, the house must be built exactly on the North Pole. Thus, the bear would be a polar bear."
Eep: "Not necessarily! What if a grizzly happened to wander up there?"
Teacher: "Shut it! This is a LOGIC game, so LOGICally, it would be a polar bear!" };O
Only ONCE did I succeed where others failed. The last question in the game was a murder mystery. The setting was a mansion, and the victim was the "man of the house." All the family members and their servants had alibis... But I was quick to point out that the butler CAN'T have been getting the mail... It was SUNDAY! (said so in prompt *smug*) ... My teacher argued with me and said it was the wife. o.o He had no proof! xD
