"I've already packed, except for the few essentials we need out until tomorrow night." Ryni nods, casually brushing away the compliment. The ex-elf never took praise well. "And i've let each of my kids pack their own little bag... I believe Ennui managed to get a jellybean, a quarter, and one of Solace's feathers into his. Solly had toothpaste... A lot of toothpaste. And it wasn't in the tube."

"Baby fine." Solace preens one wing, trying to sound assuring to Teratus. "He fall like that yesterday... Ate lotsa Ryni noodles, she get scared and think he poisoned or food bad. Was funny! Me and Tar laughed lots, and Moose took a sip of broth and fell over, making lotsa laughs all 'roud, uh-huh!"

Ennui snores softly, curling up into a tiny little feather ball.

Prox laughed. "Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Teratus has a few possessions. He keeps the oddest th- "

GLARE. If looks could kill ...

Prox stops and coughs. "Um."

"Ennui will grow big and strong," Teratus says cheerfully. "Unless he gets fat! Then he will have to exercise to be big and strong."

Ryni clapped a hand over her mouth, supressing a flow of laughter. After a few minutes of silent shaking and tear-jerking, she takes it away, giggling and reaching up to wipe a bit of moisture from her eyes.

"Yuss, baby grow to be BIIIIIG BABY!" Solace spread her wings, expressing just how large Ennui would be.

Needless to say, it was rather large, and it gave Ryni the impressing of a fat nightmare. Like the one she imagined Roxy to have, one that would feed off stress... Oh boy, here comes the giggles again.

"Feathers and bits of junk, mostly," Prox whispers to Ry. "He's got some from both Precious and E, and he gets the funniest moony expression over that pink feather... "

Teratus is not dumb. He ruffle up and glares at his Dreamer again, clicking something uncomplimentary and probably filthy. Then he remembers that there are young and impressionable Dreams around, and casts a nervous eye at them. Oops.

Halberd soars into the living room. A long red ribbon tied around his feet. He seemed to be struggling to get the trailing ribbon off. He toar at it as he fell down onto the table clumsily.

Supressing more giggles, Ryni nods frantically, the thought of Teratus getting oogly at ANYTHING sending another wave of laughter through her.

Solace just laughs, sending a bit of relaxation towards the other (awake) three. Then, nudging Ennui, she nods. "Didn't hear, all clear."

Ennui continues snoring, 'cause he's out like a light, yo.

Ryni's giggles cease, calmed by the relaxing feeling. She grins, ruffling Solace's head fondly. "Thanks... I thought I was gonna bust a gut." Then, she playfully glares at Prox and Terry. "I shall name you two.... the Gut-busters!"

[Wotcher]

Prox leans against the counter, yawning a bit. "Eh, he doesn't do it on purpose. I might be. You can never tell."

Teratus bobs at Solace, somewhat relieved. He gives Prox the evil eye again and glides out towards the living room. Doesn't have to listen to this defamation of character - what now? He lands beside Halberd. "Tangled?"

((Probably somewhere, yes. *blinks at Wotcher*

I gotta go soonish, gotta take puppy's records to the vet.))

Ryni shakes her head, resisting the urge to laugh once more.

Solace watches Teratus leave, then shrugs, curling up beside Ennui. Oooh, she was sleepy too... Nap time! She flops onto her side, then snores comically, twitching her left foot every few seconds.
