Lol. Hey I had a thought! Have you ever heard of the show SoulEater?
Because your ninja tools into people idea just reminded me about how they do that in the show. I'm just throwing it out there because if I can pick it up with tmy lack of anime-knowledge then most of the people on this site will probably think you're trying to make a SoulEater shop.

Well I suggest you watch the show because it's epic, but that's more of a side note.

Yeah basically in the show there are weapons and misers, these two people have to work together as scyth and master pretty much. The weapon is a tool which can turn into a human (or something0.

But yeah I have a feeling if you did something with ninja weapons turning into anything people would definitely go SOUL EATER! Not to discourage you or anything like that! I'm just telling you honestly what the majority of people will immediately react with when seeing the shop. Though if the weapons turn into animals (reminds me of my buddy's shop iZune's), where each weapon is a different kind of animal then that would be very cool.

I'm in iZunes kinda ish. xD I rp with the owner in a different shop which I color for. Well they would be turning into ninjas specifically but I guess I have to think about it more to make sure it's not copying anything.
