9. No begging/whining. Nobody likes to see immaturity, especially us.

Are these pets role-play required?
Nope! But if you want to RP, you can do so in the guild.
How many pets can I own?
As many as you want!
How long does it take for a pet to grow?
Usually a week between each stage. If your pet hasn't grown after two weeks, then you can ask us.

Sh'Karo is a small world surrounded by two moons. The planet is covered completely by water, and the only land masses are several floating islands suspended in the sky around a mile above the ocean. The two largest islands are Skailand and Karoland, both with their own collection of animal species. Life on Sh'Karo resembles that on Earth, some of the same types of water-dependent flora and fauna types, and seasonal weather changes. But instead of humans, there are other intelligent creatures capable of speech and sentiments, coming in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Skailand is the second largest land mass on the planet, covered by forests on one side along with a large freshwater lake, and an expansive green valley on the other. Skailand is the wettest of all the islands with many rivers running across the surface filled by constant rainfall, but life here has adapted to and flourishes in the cool moisture.
Karoland is the largest land mass on the planet and also the highest of all the islands, over a mile above the ocean. Partially covered by a mountain range but mostly composed of flat plains, the open space benefits the majority of its life as the sun provides a good source of energy for plants and warmth for the animals, especially given the colder climate of such a high altitude.

The Karoo is the most common species found in the world. These reptilian-like mammals are of medium size, around 4-5 feet long from nose to tail. Karoos are herbivores that roam the open grasslands, and the bulk of their diet is made up of grass and other greens, although they enjoy the rare sweet fruits that they can find. They live in small family units called troops, but many troops usually inhabit the same territory and they often integrate with each other.
Rarity: COMMON.

Karkaro (NOT AVAILABLE YET)
A rare species, the Karkaro is a winged predator that stands over 5 feet in shoulder height with an average wing span of 14 feet. They are terrestrial canines that inhabit the mountainous regions and can often be seen soaring the skies. Karkaros live in packs like wolves, with anywhere from 4 to 20 members in a single pack. The pack marks a territory that they are extremely protective over, although there are no aerial boundaries. Packs usually hunt together to take down larger prey like caribou, but individual Karkaros also hunt smaller prey like rabbits and mice. However, they never hunt the Karoos, whom the Karkaros consider their intellectual equal.
Rarity: RARE.

1. Check individual Colorist custom threads [x] for specific details. Please don't PM the Colorists if customs aren't open.
2. Custom trades should be sent to the Colorist, NOT the mule.
3. Don't pester about slot openings or unfinished customs. Colorists do have a life outside of Gaia.
4. If there is something wrong with the custom, PM the Colorist with the issue and they will deal with the problem accordingly. But don't complain about how you don't like the coloring.

Once your pet is an Adult (or an Elder), they can start breeding! But you can only breed with the same species, since anything else would be physically impossible, and related pairs cannot breed.
RULES
1. All breeding forms must be submitted in THE BREEDING THREAD, otherwise they will be ignored.
2. Once a breeding has been accepted, trades must be sent to the Mule (Goddess Shikaro) with the subject "Breeding - [Mother x Father]".
3. Number of babies will depend on the activity of both owners.
4. Each breeder can only keep or give away ONE. If you want to keep more, you must pay an extra 10k fee per additional baby.
5. Both breeders can decide on a method of distributing the remaining babies, either through flatsale/raffle/auction or a free contest. But you must have the approval of an Admin.
