You can obtain a Kynx Katz Fluffball (or sometimes Kit/Adult) through flatsales that are held regulary.
If you would like to buy one, then read these intructions carefully!
If it is a Speed sale, you need to post your completed form along with a secret code, after the shop mule announces "GO!"
If it is a Flaffle, you get a designated time period in which to post your completed form, and then the winners are raffled using a random generator.
If you are left with a pet you did not want, you may give it up to the next person.
You may proxy for up to 2 people, or for 1 person and yourself.
