All of my Stardust are pre-attendance policy, except for one (which was a Christmas gift from Feline). I don't have time for Gaia much anymore, so I won't be able to be around the shop.

I dunno if I'm exempt or not; I did the colorwork for my dust, Opalia, and several of her "flatsale sibs" ... Fela said I could keep one out of the bunch. I suppose I can ask her next time we speak though. I'd rather not Opie get resold, since I'm her colorist; I did check in at one point last month. whee

I did some lineart edits and another group of colorings for that edit for Fela as well, but Glacial never got back to me on those. *shrug* I guess it doesn't matter if they get used or not, the edit wasn't really a "big" thing, just a nifty thing that we had concocted.


Also that colorjob is FANTASTIC... whoo. Someone needs to quote him like a zillion more times. whee

Opie doesn't like me much, to be honest. Too wild. But she comes to me for food, when she's feeling lazy. Or for attention, when she's feeling ignored. She's like a cat like that.

Which I don't mind, really, I get along with cats, so long as they're not too needy. Unlike my current cat, Sparkles, who ... had a traumatic experience as a kitten and is thus especially needy. gonk

Jennyl, while she might have been a decent swimmer, found that she sucked at fishing. The pale dustling was getting impatient with the fish that refused to approach her, and tried to sneak upon the little scaly bastards. They must have had Jennyl-dar, for as soon as she was about to pounce, they swam away from her as quickly as possible.

She scowled at the fish speeding away from her, and started splashing after them, thankful that her fur was relatively short and wasn't weighing her down too much. "Get back here, you evil little buggers! I'm hungry! ...YOU'RE ONLY MAKING IT HARDER ON YOURSELVES!"

In other circumstances, Jennyl might have been concerned over her behavior, what with the yelling at the fish. But really, was it so much to ask that the fish just jump into her beak and make it easy?

[xD; Alice would like the idea of fish jumping into her beak very much. Not that she minds swimming.]

Watching Jennyl with impatience, Alice wanted to catch another fish. A big one this time--one that the both of them could share together. With a run and a leap, she splashed into the water once more. Staying afloat as much as possible, she told her pale friend in a hushed tone voice, "Jennyl not very good. Alice will catch. Two can eat big one. Jennyl can be finder, Alice catch." She nodded lightly.

Her eyes wandered over to the largest fish she could find within reach. It was a decent size, enough that the both of them could at least get two gulp fulls of meat.

Pushing forward with grace mixed with stealth, her eyes target locked onto the fish. As she swam closer, it moved slightly as if disturbed by her sudden movements. When it twitched, she would pause, paddling enough only to stay afloat. As it swam about undisturbed, she pushed forward with great speed to catch it in her opened beak.

She smacked it against the water's surface with large amounts of force in order to knock out the fish. When the struggling died down, Alice swam back towards land and threw it on the ground again. She made her way up, following the fish and stood beside it. "Jennyl and this one will share, okay?" The arctic smiled innocently. It sure looked delicious.
