Wow! So glad that you remember me. It's been so long. I was locked out of my account but was finally able to log back in. It's been going great. I started a small business and quit my job several years ago. Soquil was one of my first businesses and I learned so much. My child is now 8 years old and starting 3rd grade next year. What have you been up to?

Course I do. Sibalto just turned 18.

I am glad you got your account back! I had the same go down with my old main, which is why this one got taken over and I added the tildes to get the username to match. I did get back into the other one but it's a side account now.
Congrats on the business! I've moved a few times, am campaigning several dogs in various sports, and helping the family interior decorating business. And still very active here. rofl

Wow he is so beautiful! I miss coloring Soquili. My favorite was always the natural ones. I wish I still had some Soquili, but I gave them all away. I'm sure their new owners are enjoying them. That's great you are so active here. It's changed so much. The ads are really slowing down the site. I'll probably pay for a membership to get rid of the ads if I decide to spend more time here.

Yeah as far as Gaia goes I really don't do anything else, just here. Most of my other favorite shops have closed over the years. But adblock is a marvelous thing.
Thankfully ye old Soquili "speed" flatsales aren't a thing anymore.

I didn't think of using an ad block. Yes, I saw that Shadows of Africa is closed. I really loved my herd from there. I lost all my pets because Photobucket disabled my account. I think they wanted me to pay or something. I see that Faekats is open. Does Meeki still play Gaia?

Yeah Photobucket screwed over a lot of folks with the switching to pay only... all the images were covered with 'pay for pb' banners first... so a lot of us lost stuff! I dunno about Meeki but I think Faekats went away and came back? Balam got a remodel though I'm not sure they're still around anymore, Project went away, and Rammelin, and many others.

Hi! How has Nerpin been? I remember she was a colorist for Soquili when I owned the shop. Are you doing well today? Glad to see some familiar faces. I can't believe the shop is now 19 years old. Is anything special planned for the 20th anniversary?

That's so sad about Photobucket. It would be great to see all my pets again but they are probably lost for good. Balam had such cute line art. Too bad they are not open anymore. I have no templates any longer for any of the pet shops I used to own. I had so many open at one time such as Gaian Humane Society with WinterFalcon's art and Nikko Pups. I was really addicted to Gaia, especially during my college years. lol!

Yes she's tech still around here somewhere. It was her birthday yesterday. I was hired in 2015 actually, so for a good chunk we worked together biggrin .

They seemed to go out of their way to be ridiculous to users that weren't jumping on the paying client bandwagon. So yeah, it's probably all gone. But maybe if there wasn't too much in there for them to notice the storage, you might still see something if you logged in? Can always try.
Yeah I think GHS is done... The GKC stopped too. I was mostly here for Spq an PL, which got a rebrand for awhile but I think is on hiatus from that now. But Soq is plenty for me around real life responsibilities. XD Have fun and take care!
