Hello!

We apologise for the delay in making these changes as they were something we wanted to discuss at length to make sure we were tackling the main issues.

Going forward, the following rule changes are being implemented for the walker breeds (including cursed)

* Walkers are now called Shifters.
This change was made due to the cultural implications of "Skinwalkers" to First Nations peoples. You do not need to recert your current walkers and we will - at current - not be recerting walkers of our own accord. If you get an updated uncert (like an item addition), certs will be updated then. The owner list will be updated to reflect this change. This may change in the future, at which point we will let you know.

* Non-charmed shifters can now be neutral - evil aligned.
Any "good" aligned shifters still need to be charmed but this should, hopefully, allow more freedom and personalities without needing an angeni charm.

* Shifters do not reproduce via force.
This was not intended to be the only way shifters reproduce and we absolutely do not feel this fits in with the current standards of the shop. Crueler Shifters may lie / manipulate / etc / in order to conceive. No character is required to use such dubious means. As always, please be mindful that all parties involved in the RP are aware of and consenting to this plot point. This rule applies to all aspects of RP - including fighting, injuries ect.

* The rule regarding angeni x shifters breeding is still in place.
This may change in the future but for now this rule is staying. Uncharmed shifters may not breed with anything that looks like it could be a pure angeni.

* Shifters may now freely lifemate.
This was loophole-able with exclusive flinging anyway and if two shifters can stand to be around each other long enough to be lifemates then hey - more power to them.
