You may need to uninstall and reinstall to try to bypass the login verification and get into settings to change your email.

Email the contact support for an inquiry. It took a few days to hear back after voicing my concerns on whether the account is compromised or something. Turned out that sometimes their servers get hiccups during back-end upgrades and accounts get "shut-off" along the way to updating so that users are accidentally locked-out from using them.

Contact them with your account inquiry, and they'll respond as soon as possible.

I sent a message and hopefully they will be able to tell me what's going on.
And hopefully help me to access my account.
