Prompt Response: All medicines are poisons. Britta knows that all too well, since her former marriage ended in a death due to poisoning. While she did not come up with the herbs for the job, it was still a lesson she understood more fully then that at any other time. Britta always had an admiration for healers, especially after helping to take the life of her mate. It may seem strange, but having seen death and played a part in it, her desire to help prevent it from such weak and petty things as illness. It’s not that she wishes to redeem herself – she is firmly convinced that what she did is right. She just thinks healing is much more interesting now that she has seen so clearly what death has wrought. Thus, she spends most of her time as a healer, and focuses on little else.

Every life that she saves is another point in her tally and another soul who has a chance to die with honor.
