Although this Kitsu looked nothing like herself, Adria was struck with the exact same feeling of familiarity. Something her scent carried over? Strange... "I was about to ask the same thing," she admitted. "In any case, I'm Adria. I haven't seen you around here. You are...?"

Catching the kit's scent he followed it, not much of one for crowds himself. Spotting the bundle of purple off in a corner he paused for a minute. Was that the kit!?

His tilted hat hid his glowing red cheeks well. It would have been a stark contrast against his pale fur. And then it happened again, those squishy noises when he tried to speak. What was it he was trying to say anyway? Maybe if he just shouted they would finally come out. In almost that exact moment, he sat up and blasted, "I REALLY LIKE YOU!" His eyes snapped open in his own shock. He cringed, clenching his teeth as he looked at her and curled the toes on one of his paws; the gloves once again squeaking.

She jumped a bit at his yelling. She knew he was frustrated but she didnt expect that volume level. Opening her mouth to speak she managed out" That makes me happy.." before being cut off by a menacing low growl


Xanatos stood growling from the shadows advancing twords them. " watch your step. " he said in a low growl. Fully intending to eat the other kitsu

Collista stood up glaring at xanatos. " Rem xanatos!" she said using his full name" Dont you dare. GO back to your corner. " She said as xanatos fully chastised and still sulking went back to his corner. Sighing she looked down at willy. " I raised him from an egg. Hes a bit...overprotective? " She said sitting down next to him again. A tad closer this time.

Xanatos sighed sulking in the corner. He listened when colista yelled. No one else would dare treat him like that. He sniffed around finding a left over bone and begane chewing on it.

Kaylee lifted her head from her tails when she felt someone approaching. She sniffed the air curiously when another kitsu came closer, and smiled. He smelled so familiar! Perhaps she knew this one after all. His scent was comforting, if nothing else.. though she still could not place him in her memory. She waved two of her tails in a shy but friendly greeting as he stared at her in what looked like shock.

Tilting her head to side and giving a kitsu smile, Maeve herself wasn't too certain either. But, she knew to go with her gut feeling when it hit her as it had saved her in the past. "Really? I totally get what you mean there! I've been away from HQ on a family trip. Oh, I still haven't introduced myself!"

Sitting on her hauches (sp), she said, "I'm Maeve Aria."

It was probably the fact he had gone before he entered the HQ as to why his pants weren't a mess... His eyes were wide and the one was twitching. That... was very scary...

He wandered over, head down a bit so as to not appear threatening. He sniffed at her to make sure. A low rumble started in his throat. Yup! Right Kitsu. Still making his happy-growling noise he licked at her muzzle.

I've heard that name. God, tonight was going to be full of misplaced recognition, wasn't it? She pondered this a bit, and upon hearing shouting nearby, dared a quick look over her shoulder. There was that Nightmare...she shuddered... Did that kitsu just yell at him? Baffled, she turned back. "Family trip? I don't see much of my family. Do you have a big one?"

Collista shook her head nudging willy on the cheek with her nose. " Dont worry about him. " she said sensing his distress. " Xanatos likes to show off. " she said giving another glare at the corner where she could hear him chewing on a bone.

Feeling a bit more reassured now, "Wow... That was really weird..." He shuddered and managed to lay down on his stomach beside her; again, there was just a little space in between them. He'd have to get used to the fact that it was okay to actually be near people. He glanced at her and chuckled a single nervous "heh" before looking back at his gloved paws and wiggling them. Squeak, squeak, squeak. These damn gloves... At least he didn't get his paws dirty...

Collista shook her head. He would never change. " How is your factory" she said changing the subject with a slight cough. She knew this was one subject he was comfortable with.

Jumping a tad when she heard a shout, Maeve turned her head swiftly over toward the noise. She couldn't help wondering what had happened, but it seemed that all was alright. "A rather prolonged trip.. That's a bummer. But, to answer your question, no, my family isn't too big. They're here as we speak. Would you like to meet them?"

Getting annoyed by the other male, he glared in that direction and calmly stated, "Once again you really shouldn't mumble, 'cause it's really starting to bum me out." And then grinned his awesomely handsome, insane grin. Turning his attention back to Collista, "You'd think if he was raised by such a classy lady such as yourself, he'd have a lot more manners. Heh heh."

Kaylee's eyes opened just a bit when Fulbright came closer, and she lifted her muzzle to watch him carefully. When he licked it, she started, surprised by the action. Her already pink fur hid a darker blush behind it, and she brought up all of her tails to hide behind them. Only her eyes peeked out from over them, watching him with a wide and wondering gaze.

And yet, she wasn't afraid of him. Curious, and confounded, but certainly not afraid.
