One time hubby and I stopped at a random Thai place on the way home from a
day trip and ordered pineapple curry?

The place literally took a pineapple and cut it in half, scooped some pineapple
out, and served the curry using the fruit as a bowl.

It was some of the best food I've ever had in my life, omg.

I'd really like to make the pineapple curry, but my husband doesn't
seem too keen on it? And I would rather make that meal for the two
