I haaaave a question that pertains to the geist/fallen hybrid bby I inquired about already (with the wings and the wisps being part of them). If the hybrid's bottom part of it's wings (basically the feathers at the bottom in the art) were the wipsy part...would they still be able to fly or would flying be impossible with wings like that?

Let me consult loremasters and work with them to make a final decision before answering!
Okie! The only feathers that are like that would be the bottom row (I can show you my colored up/edited paper doll if you need a reference).

Okay hi quick and maybe confusing answer, which I'll happily go over if my terrible wording messes things up.

There's two ways the tendrils can go; attached to the wings or part of the wings.

Tendrils attached basically act like the tendrils you'd see on Geist's. If on wings, the wings wouldn't be hindered one bit. Tendrils attached are like extra bits to the wing! They're more aesthetic purposes then anything else. For example:

Tendrils that are part of the wing/limb/etc do not appear seperated, for lack of a better word. If the tendrils weren't just additions and seemed like an actual part of the wing, that means the wing becomes intangible at some point, due to tendrils not being physical. This means it would hinder flight, or even stop it all together depending on how severe the tendrils are. For example:

Makes sense.
So...basically the hybrid I designed has wings like in the second one. The tendrils are part of the wings.

But the wings aren't COMPLETELY like that. What kind of limitations would a hybrid like above have?

I'd say, from what I see, flying would be very difficult, if not impossible. We are in a magic setting which allows for some wiggle room, but ideally this kid would not be the strongest flier!
Hi Djjj~~ I'm sorry you're feeling depressed </3
