It's Thanksgiving time and Mom and Dad (Aluna and Neroli) are taking the family to visit her parents (Jisa and Sir Donnis) for a fun filled evening of eating, talking and of course games! Describe how your little green boy feels about all this! Is he looking forward to meeting Gramma and Granpa? What food is he looking forward to eating? What games will he play? The skies the limit folks. Have fun!
Entry
Akiiki bounced around excitedly, darting forward many paces before turning around to face the others as he hopped from side to side waiting for them to catch up to him. “Hurry, hurry, hurry!” he exclaimed in his eagerness to reach his grandparents’ house.
This would be his first time meeting them as they celebrated a holiday called Thanksgiving. He wasn’t too sure what this holiday was about, but he was told they would have a grand meal and play games. He ran circles around his parents and siblings.
“How much longer until we get there?” he asked, not even noticing if his excitement was annoying any of the others. “Will there be gummy fruits? Oh! What about gum drops and licorice vines? What are we going to play? Tag? Hide-and-Seek?” In all his excitement and running around, he didn’t notice the tree root sticking up from the ground. His foot caught on it, and he toppled to the ground. “I – I’m okay!” he assured his family.
