1- You must follow all Gaia "Rules & Guidelines" and TOS (found at the bottom of every page).
2- You must follow all B/C "Rules & Guidelines".
3- No Uncerts Permitted in your signature.
4- Only YOUR, fully certed, Mythics are permitted in your signature.
5- Anyone caught attempting to gain extra Mythics via Mules will automatically be Black Listed.
6- No Drama.
7- Mythics are not permited for resale.
8- Gaia's TOS says we are limited to PG-13. Please make sure your RP reflects this. Any RP off of Gaia is your own business, and does not qualify for RP events or 'Breeding Rewards'.
9- The shop mule is law.
10- Save the Drama for your momma. Unless your mom is on Gaia (or a llama).
11- All events, separate threads, and guild threads are bound by these rules, as well as those already posted on them.
12- You may not use Mythics you do not own without explicit permission from the Mythic's owner

Q- How can I get a Mythic?
A- We will have opportunities every month, including Raffles, Flat Sales, and Auctions. Be sure to check the News post often to find out when events are coming up. Also, our colorists will open custom slots depending on individual availability.

Q- I don't have a lot of gold, does that mean I can't have one?
A- Of course not. We will be holding both free and paid raffles frequently. Be sure to check the News post often.

Q- What if I want special colors?
A- Depending on the availability of the colorists, you can purchase a custom slot.

Q- How come you sell zebras? They aren't mythical creatures.
A- We needed a cute base creature for customs and breeding.

Q- How can I donate?
A- PM the Shop Mule for details.

Q- How often can I breed my Mythics?
A- Mythics can have two non-rp breedings, but there currently is no limit on RP'ed breedings.

Q- How long do I have to wait between breedings?
A- A Mythic must wait 2 months after all children from the previous breeding have been certed.

Q- How long until my baby Mythic grows up?
A- A baby becomes a 'teen' after 3 months and an adult 4 months after that.

Babies: Duration-3 months Description- Being that they are, in fact, babies, they cannot do everything a full grown Mythic can. For example a winged Mythic would not be able to fly yet, as its wings would still be too small and weak to lift it.

Teens: Duration-4 months Description- This is the in between stage, Your Mythic's are at a cross roads. If your Mythic is winged, it might be able to fly, but only for a short duration and probably not very well. Take into account, possible awkwardness in both motion and social skills.

Adults: Duration-Currently the final stage of all available Mythics. Description- As an adult, most Mythic's personality should be pretty much established and they have no specific qualifiers that need to be taken into account for roll play.

Note: Only Adults may breed, though teens may already have mates.

My Little Mythica is the soon to be home of many different species of creature. Here is some information on the species already discovered.

Zebra - The basic species. It is the most commonly found Mythic in Majin Aria.

Dragon - In a land of such concentrated magic creatures such as dragons thrive and can be often found.

Musimon - A soft furred creature with rock hard horns. This Mythic is less common in Majin Aria.

All breedings must either be between an adult male and a female Mythic, who are not related. Or in the case of same sex mates, a Mythic of the absent gender must serve as a 'Surrogate'. The original mates would have first claim on all children, although it would be encouraged to give one to the Surrogate.

The cost of a breeding is 20k, no matter what species the parents are, or how many children there are.

A breeding results in 2-4 babies with the ability to earn one extra with an RP log of approximately 1k words. If you choose to RP for the extra baby it is your responsibility to tell the colorist when you pay for the slot. The log MUST be turned in before the colorist rolls for breeding.

In the event of a 'Single Person Breeding', if they roll 4 (or 5 with RP bonus) they must give one (or 2) of the babies away.

Think of this list as a warning. If you find your name here, tread lightly. You may still post and participate in events, but you are on very thin ice. If you end up Grey Listed and reform, it is possible to be removed from the list. However, if you find your way on to this list a second time the only way off this list would be if you stumbled on to the...

I hope you never see your name on this list. As long as you follow all Gaia rules and TOS, and all shop rules, you should have nothing to worry about. A few things that could get you Black Listed include mule abuse, breaking rules, art theft, and reselling Mythics.
