I heard Korea is a nice place to live, well, the military posts are at least, lol. One of my best friends and her sister grew up in Korea. Is one of your parents in the military? (guessing so because of the various moves). My hubby is in the Army, so I hope we get to travel to these places some day!

The Asia trail is done and they have some wonderful pets. They need more pandas, they have a baby and a fw adults but the panda exhibit seems empty compared to the primapes!

I have never been to Korea, I bet anywhere is more beautiful than the US, i have seen everything there is to offer here.

Yup, got married right after my 21st birthday ^_^ Been married a year and a half now, and with him a total of 3 and a half years!

Now I really want to go home and see the National Zoo! I'm going home in Feb, but I'll only be there a few days for my best friend's wedding. Doubt I'll have time to sneak off to DC, lol. How much longer will Tai Shan be in the states? I know once the cubs get to a certain age, they have to go back to china to be raised in the facilities there.

hmm when i went the little bear was only about 2 months old, that was in November. This spring or summer they will probably take the cute little thing.

I loved the meerkats, too. They also had a nautilus, which I though was a fantasy creature, i had no idea they were real!

i have heard of that before. always ckeck for sure and dont assume though, it could be the dust mites on their fur or something like that. i had a cousin who was never allergic to anything, then she started working on a farm and developed an allergy for all fur. now she cant have anything furry...how sad.

Your blood changes ever 7 years so it is possible that in a recent blood change, you gained that allergy

Yeah, I asked a doctor to set up an allergy test for me, a while back.
"No no, here is some Claratin. You need to figure out what you're allergic to, yourself."
I was like "wtf dude I've been trying for like two weeks before I finally gave up and came here to see if I could get a test done."
"No, no, try to deduct what you're allergic to and take the medicine."
