08/25/05 Hello everyone! Finaly I'm back and reving for action!, as many may have noticed that last set of FS sold babies are grown in full so its time once again for a Flat sale! I intend on doing it befor the end of this week so stay tuned!

06/18/05 Finaly all the fixing is done! now I can do this months auction!!! a Fire elimental Dragolin! there will be the foure majour eliments for auction all this month.. first is fire ^^
04/28/05 Had a bit to much fun colouring a set of cos-plays.. may not sell but.. Powerpuff Cosplay Raffle. Tickets cost 20g ea.

Once, long ago, there were many species in a land of beasts.. many fanciful and beautiful varietys of fauna dwelled in this land this world. Many dwelled in homes and places and moved far from there roots.. others stayed together.

One day, as all planets are apt to have happen to them a disaster killed and wiped the world clean...

Those species with some magical ability still survived in an alternate time and place.. this is that place.

Dragonlings:
One of the more frequent species to reach the realm Of Memoires and there for found frequently. Inteligent, can speak many toungs and talented in many arts. thay tent to get spirits attach to them if thay reach a certan level.
Species rares: Elimentals, Angelic and Demonic.
Genetic oddity: All able to perform magic.



Mogwai:
A dinamic little humanoid creature, small and flighty, thay breed in water and there first stage must me in water to hatch, thay can speack human and tend to be sociable
Species rares: Elimentals, Angelic and Demonic.
Genetic oddity: All able to perform magic.


Griphonixes:
Griphonixes are a half breed.. both pheonix and Griffin combined. Cute sociable and with the ability to adapt thay survived barely in the destruction of there home.
Species rares: Angelic, Demonic, Butterfly and Elimental
Genetic Oddity: Males are RARE! 1 in 5 is male

*Note elimental includes: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Dark, Light, Celestial and Animal.

If one of the above pets is to be redone and has some old rare colour choice that is not included her, substatute for one of the above only and your pet will be recoloured!

Most Important! Read first!:

#1. No art theft. Under no circumstances are Dragoil's images to be copied, edited or redistributed. I will keep a very detailed record of who has what, so no funny business! #2. No Reservations. There will be none. Period. Don't ask. Outright buying only or Pet trades.

#3. There are no owning limits. You may own as many Memoirs as you like.

#4. Be patient. Constant PM's and nagging won't make us work any faster! You don't want an angry Dragoil. Trust me.

#5. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. If you have questions you can PM me. Or you can post your questions and/or concerns in the thread and I or one of my helpers will get back to you. Posting is preferred so my PM box doesn't get flooded.

#6. RP is optional, but encouraged. Once a month Posting in shop is mandatory. RP is currently done in shop, for those who want to, and we intend it to be fun! Please keep it PG-13. (Info Below in RP section)

#7. When a Memoir is Adult please host them yourself. Band width is limited! Posting the new link is loved.

#8. Have fun! That's an order xd ! That's the whole point of Gaia! ^_^

Please note that the rules may change without notice at any time. I hold the rights to both the art and this shop, should anyone steal, edit or otherwise tamper with either I also have the right to fight legaly. Don't cross that line!

Q: How do we get a Memoirs pet?
A: Well you can catch a Flatsale, Auction or raffle or wait out a Quest.

Q: Quest?
A: read the Quest Post below.

Q: How long dose it take for them to grow?
A: This depends apon the pet.. most thake from one to two weeks between stages..roughly

Q: Do you Pet trade?
A: Yes. I am discriminatory though and just because you offered a trade dosent mean i'll take it. If your not on my list I'll look your pets over but may not say yes. Be warned.

Q: Are you hireing?
A: Only if there is a slot open and only for what is being offered.

Q: Do we have to RP?
A: No these are not an RP manditory pet. Mind you I need the shop to live so posting in shop is recomended, we like to know you are alive! after all that is what killed a lot of these pet's shops to begin with. If you donot post in shop atleast once every month I'll check you account. If its inactive for a long period of time you could lose your pet! BE WARNED.

Q: Can i get a custom?
A: Possibly, but thay cost, Customs/Cosplay full with line edits are 100k

Q: How did this person get a pet? There was no sale!
A: I do pet trades at all times and customs. Some times I may randomly give a pet to a deserving person who I feel deserves one. Yest another reason to haunt and help this thread. also old owners can come in and get there pet redone.. as long as thay have the old pet to show me.

Q: Are all the old characteristics in effect? AKA the griponixes were all the same colourations?
A: NO, As you may see abound this shop, many things have changed, some pets got name adgustments, others line art adgustments.. in all thay willeach have different colouring in baby to adult stages.. some even in the egg stage. Each will be unique!

If you have an old pet all new rules don't apply unless you wish to get your pet re-certed and re-done. A new pet number will be assigned to it as well as the abbility to breed with current new pets will be avalable.
Re-certing is free but you have only one week to add your pet to your own server befor I delet it form my own. To get a pet recerted simply PM me or post here your pet and its old certificate. If you are missing your old pet PM me.

Q: If I have an old pet and it used up all its breeding slots is it unable to breed?A: No, All is being refreshed and remade, Some pets had unlimited breeding, some had three or whatever amount, all now only have TWO breedings no matter the gender or colour, This is to make my head stop hurting, Mainly Your pet gets a new lease on life if you get a new cert ONLY FOR THOSE WITH NEW CERTS!

Q: what about specials and male griphonixes?
A: Ah! Well those pets under the special catagory *Elimentals, angelic, demonic and Male griphonixes* do have some special features, Male Griphonixes ALONE can breed four times because its rare to get a male. Rares tend to breed mixed broods unless there breeding with another of the same divinity. Much of this will be outlined under Genetics.

Questing is to help those without the funds or luck to obtain a Memoir. 10% of whatever we make from the shop from this point on (whether in auctions, flat sale, etc.), and 100% of donations will go to Quests. Every month, I will pick (based on activity in thread or roleplay) one person, and they will get all the funds in the Quest pot for either a discount on a custom. That person keeps those 'points' they use them, and can keep adding onto them if they wish.

In order to sign up for Quest, just fill out the form below. Please PM this to me. I got this idea from Lady_Shinigami.

arrow If I don't see you posting on the thread, I remove your Quest. If you aren't posting, you aren't going to win the pot anyways.
arrow You have to pay at least 25% on your own.
arrow You can alter your quest anytime you wish. Just tell me.
arrow Only those who sign up will get the points.
arrow Points keep accumulating as you win the pots and you may give away the points you earn to other Questers, if you wish.
