((I have to say, that Fae and I helped Hikari make this shop. We were there every step of the way. And changing an angels name, and hair color cannot happen. Cian and Shadow, are exactly that. Cian and Shadow. Their names were created, their looks and personalities were created. And they are simply being put up for adoption. You can't say 'I don't like your hair color so I am going to change it' or their name for that matter.

Zan, I am willing to co own this with you. Since I helped with the original shop. I will not try to overwhelm you, but I would like to help with the managment of the angel themselves. I want to see the LRA shop flurish like Hikari wanted it to, and so far, its not going anywhere near that.))

((We had this talk already, me and Zan already agreed. Since cian is my personal character, hes not the shops.. Yeah the art is yours keep that but change cian a bit so hes not Cian. I don't want to get into this again.))

Edit sad ( We didn't agree on the terms just because I want to change his hair... My characters are a part of me, no one else, and copy written to me. He is NOT the shops character. Hikari made the art whatever, and we agreed his hair and name would change so hes not my character anymore and we don't have any more trouble going on. Need me be I'll conjure up my big explaination again D: ))

((I can't do that. ^^ It's not within my rights to do that... and it was wrong of me to even agree to it in the first place because what Hikari and Jocrli have said to me is completely and absolutely correct. I may have taken Cian away but I should never have even listened to your nonsense. It's not your art and your char is your char and you must deal with that, if you want to beg and annoy Hikari with your pleas, do that now. But I will not. I will not because I'd like to keep Jacques... I'm not that disappointed at loosing the shop because I feel much better to let Hikari deal with Cian.))

(( Kay so theres been a mix up with Cian and all with Zan. So She pmed me asking me what I wanted to do with him. I said I wanted him killed off, you took him away from me way back when the terms were different now. The fact that she pmed me asking me what I planed on doing with him shows that I had custody of him, ne? Though she said my rp was lacking, and the pet had already been taken away from me... then why did she pm me asking me on what I was going to do with Cian? That just shows I still had custody.

Anyways so I requested she kill him off, because I don't have the time to RP him nor the motivation. I got switched into honors and I've been doing homework ever since.The issue was, was that yes its your art I respect that but the character is mine so I wanted the character to cease in the shop because hes copy written to me and I use him in my storys and such. So then me and my friend even offered to draw angels for her in replacment for Cian that she can sell, so we show her our art and then she bad mouths it. We finally come to the agreement that she will change his hair colour and name so hes technicaly no longer Cian and everyone is happy. But then Joclri((Spelling?)) poped up, not knowing about the situation thinking I just wanted to cosmeticaly change him, denying the deal me and Zan set. Now your owner again and I'm hoping you will change him, I even offered to change him it takes two seconds with the colour replacement tool...

I have the conversations in my mail box I can show you the whole thing Hikari, and anyone else that wants to see I suppose. Sorry to bother ye all.))

((Just to let S.O.N. feel a bit at ease, Hikari and I discussed the possibility of a way that Cian can remain Cian, yet he becomes a non playable. So please, S.O.N. don't fret about anything.

Hikari and I are now owning the shop together. We are trying to get things completely under control before we get LRA back to the way it should be.
