I have a thought [scary I know]!

So . . . the basics behind Jafar is that he was seeking the lamp so he could use the wishes to make himself the most powerful man ever. First wanting to be the sultan - then the most powerful sorcerer and finally an all-powerful genie.

So, to get rid of Jafar - you could:

A: Post three wishes and have people explain how they would grant those wishes if they were a genie and then you judge the best.

B: Have a 'Wish Granting Raffle' - where people buy tickets to the raffle for others - ie - can't buy tickets for themselves and can't buy tickets for anyone who bought tickets for them [to keep people from just doing a 'I'll buy for you if you buy for me.'

C: Have people post what Jafar should have wished for and you judge the best.

D: [Has nothing to do with three wishes] Since Aladin has been linked to the Arabian Nights tales, have people post a story that they would have told King Shahryar if they were Scheherazade and you judge the best.

Don't know how much that helps, but it's my ideas on the matter.
