You can do what a friend of mine did to her roommate that wouldn't wash their dishes that had been there for days
Grab all of them and place them in front of his door or something so he sees them

We do. but we're out of dish soap for it, and my other roommate accidentally bought dish liquid instead. 5 bottles. xD; so we have to use that, but he refuses to hand wash his dishes. he never cleans up after himself in the kitchen either, and seems to think it's perfectly okay to leave pots dirty and wash them before you use them again.
