Hello and welcome to the Heralds introductory flatsale! This sale is to give a warm welcome to our two new artists, Honeybii and silverstr, and introduce them officially as staff, to newbies, lurkers and owners alike.

Prompt 1

Your herald is fixated on something.

Whether a person, place, concept, or thing, your herald keeps finding their thoughts being drawn to it, just like a magnet. Why is this happening? Is this unusual? How do they go about dealing with this sudden fixation, and what are the effects of it?

Prompt 2

Your herald is sent on a quest.

Tell us about this quest. What does it concern? How do they go about doing it? It can be a quest of any magnitude, and can be as ridiculous a premise as you'd like, as long as your herald remains in character. Do they learn anything from the quest? Is it a quest in the real world, or in some sort of videogame, or what? THRILL US WITH ADVENTURE.

Please do not use similar or repeat sacrifices in your entry. (i.e. sacrificing a wolf when we have a wolf plushie sacrifice). No matter how good your entry is, if your sacrifice is very close to or exactly the same as a preexisting sacrifice, your entry will be overlooked.
