Can I assume that this extends to the "not quite complete" enlightened sale in the guild as well? I'm fine just as long as things don't turn ninja or anything.

Also I've been meaning to ask for a while, but whats your take on hiring at the moment? The last post in the hiring thread mentioned putting it on hold for a while (at least the one that I'm subscribed to, if theres an alternate one then I never saw it,) in its last post.
Could be somewhat helpful pre-event.

My take on hiring is I would love colorists to color minions. Hiring should probably be redone. I need to make an epic prize for it perhaps.

Also sorry for slacking on the enlightened stuff. I'll poke at them and try to get them live in a bit. DX

I wasn't accusing anyone of slacking, just kind of... um.... yeah. ^.^; I'm fine with waiting until next month or the one after if you want to try and rearrange it that way.
Time has a tendancy to get away from people, I've seen it happen to myself time and time again.
I was just curious because it said ending so and so digits and I wasn't sure if entries were accepted yet as per the "setting up".

Sorry about that. My main issue was I kept forgetting to get the uncerts resized to be properly shown on the sale thread. On a positive note certing is mostly caught up which is exciting.

It wasn't necessarily slacking. I totally got distracted having fun working on those breedings. heart

Hmmm... Have I given you the cert file to let you test your certing skills? Half of our line sets can be tricky to cert.

I'm ok with coloring bias (says the person who loves focusing on familiars lately). The only limitation is you can't focus on only coloring rares. Did you still have any coloring samples?

I dont think the certing part of the hiring thread was ever filled out l'D so I wasn't even aware there was a file for that yet.

Coloring samples of the serpent minion, or of just everything in general? I think I might have one colored serpentminion on photobucket already... maybe... the others are on my desktop (or ruined, command Z only goes back so far XD)

The light blue for the scales probably would have worked out better with some other color/shade/thing (or for the wings at the very least,)

Er... Actually everything (recent) I have to show is an experiment in some way or another. Tablet pressure for color and or size, blur filter, image mask, layer effects, laso tool, feather amount... and then all of my third dimensional stuff ^.^

Withthe hiring I've been burned quite a few times either by certists or trying to get them. The last time I tried hiring I wanted to focus on getting the things that we seriously need help with. Certing is pretty quick and easy with the new cert.

Color choices I imagine I can do. Animal markings maybe not so much. Mystical markings are probable. I'm working on not "starting and ending" markings on a line of the lineart (something thats been a problem for me on the past, little bit of progress made)


Burned by... people stealing things? Or you mean like walkaways?
