Yvonne fluttered towards the main entry, the door was still closed, Oh how would the students get in? Yvonne fixed a bit of her curly hair behind her ear, and ran towards the door to open it. She slowly reached for the handle, pulled it open and smiled at her new students.
"Welcome to the conservatorie" Yvonne said still smiling. "Don't be shy students, this might be your home for a while so we might as well introduce ourselves, I'll start first, Hello again, I'm Yvonne"

"When the curtains close will you still be the star?"

As Caitlyn stared up at the vast castle-like building before her she realized just how dreadfully alike all these schools were. She had been to every reputable school in the area and had been respectfully asked to leave soon after. She chuckled quietly to herself at how easy this would be, soon enough her parents would be here to save her.
She turned and smiled at the girls around her, hearing the old door creak open slowly she turned to see a woman who she recognized as one of the headmistresses, Yvonne. She smiled and said a short hello amazed by the beautiful architecture of the building behind her. Maybe she'd stay here a bit longer than planned.

so think what you want of me.

Zakuro's footsteps echoed down the long halls of their Conservatoire, which were currently empty. However she could hear the opening of the large oak door at the front of the school and the chatter of the students echoed to her ears. She figured it was about time Yvonne noticed the doorr was still closed, and any second now hundreds of joyful young faces would walk through that large doorway for at least the hundreth time. A small sigh escaped her slightly turned up lips as she made her way to Yvonne standing in the doorway.

She bowed in greeting the new students who were mostly by this point staring up at the two headmistresses. "Hello. I am the other headmistress, Zakuro. Very good to meet all of you and i would like to welcome our returning students," she raised from the small bow and smiled, gazing out towards the hundreds of them. Every year it thrilled Zakuro to know that so many still cared about music in this busy age we all lived in. "I wish you all a pleasant stay." With one last smile, she turned around and walked down halls which towered above her head.

Birdie, clad in black, usually always carried a smile with her. Needless to say, her choice of expression was nothing like her choice of clothes. She loved her black and red clothes, be it punk-rock or gothic. Her favorite accessories were skulls, roses, and butterflies. Her fingerless combat gloves might as well be glued to her hands. Yet despite the dark, morbid aura that shrouded her, her pale, doll-like features always outshined it. A happy maid means a happy household. She followed that creed.

Yesterday had been the last of summer. Summer was over -- and she was happy, in a way. She hated the heat since it degraded the material she was made out of. The base for her body was the flesh of vampires, after all. Even when enhanced, there wasn't much to be done about it. The Master bid her to follow the young mistress to her new school and try to keep her in line. Not being under the weather was a good start to that job... not that it would make her work any more possible. When Caitlyn set her foot down, she wasn't going to grab her boot and pry it back up. Her say was her say. All she could do was to keep the trouble from getting worse.

The girl standing next to her was the one she was employed under. So maybe 'employed' isn't the best word. She was more or less the property of that girl's family. However, she was treated like a friend and a little sister as well as an all-purpose domestic wraith. As a wraith, her greatest pride and joy is to bring comfort to the hearth and home, even when there is neither hearth nor home. That comfort started with the smallest thing. Why don't we begin with what she is carrying?

The young mistress attends a music school, so it is only natural that all portable instruments be brought along. Her own electric bass was part of the pile. In addition to that were three suitcases containing their clothes. Quite fortunately, they often shared accessories... or they may have to upgrade to four. Even with Birdie's strength and servant-ly expertise, four could be a stretch...

"I look forward to a lovely year with you, Miss Caitlyn." Her smile was probably enough to put the moon the shame. It was the tool she used to get out of kitchen duty on a weekly basis so she can go and play with Caitlyn. In order to fool that cynic of a cook, she HAD to have some skill in that smile of hers. Maybe it would be persuasive enough for Caitlyn to stay longer than a week? She certainly hoped so. Her mistress' tendency to rebellion was notorious.

Latifah looked around, trying to find a place where she could see the two headmistresses. Pushing through the crowd, she got many complaints from the tall men or women that she usually pushed aside. Looking down at her mail, Latifah sorted through the information until she found the info on her dorm room. "Room number 213," she glanced around the crowded front yard filled with students and hundreds and hundreds of suitcases. As always, the wooden stick of a lollipop stuck out from between her bubblegum pink lips. The stick moved up and down as she bit down on it, pushing through people to see the headmistresses.

When she finally caught a look at them, they were beautiful. One's hair was wild and her voice sounded a bit young for her looks, but she seemed nice of course. The other one had long blonde hair and seemed a little bit darker in her clothing, but when she spoke seemed to be just as nice. "At last, I have arrived," She whispered as the students began walking up the marble steps through the large entry. She glanced around, finding a rather boredlooking girl with a scarf wrapped around her neck. In august? There was also a girl standing next to her, clad in black but smiling brightly so she couldn't be all bad. Slowly, Latifah crept over towards them, stopping halfway to slide behind a tree. Stalking was Latifah's specialty, but would she have to introduce herself??

Placing branches and leaves over her suitcases (which she left behind the tree and bushes) she walked over towards Caitlyn. However, Latifah was not a particularly social person and this was really stepping out of her comfort zone. "Hello," She greeted softly in her quite- but not shy- voice. Latifah just didn't have a thing for people, but she creeped most people out anyways. "I am Latifah, what dorm will you be staying in?" she tried to spark a conversation, however the outcome of her attempt could infact be futile.

Gregory walked around, holding his 'precious' Fifi in one arm and his violin in it's case in the other. The look in his eyes were nothing of that but a lost puppy, a few seconds late and I missed the speech Gregory thought wondering along the small crowd of people. He clung to his dog slightly, whom was a female. He looked around seeing a few faces that stood out. One of them was a girl whom looked like a mere doll to Gregory, he was already beging to pick out his favorites of this year, and she was one of them. He walked over to her, still holding his fluffy dog and violin case.
"Miss may I ask you what we are supposed to be doing right now?" Gregory questioned the girl.

Caitlyn twirled her black lacy umbrella. Her father had one of the best leather workers make it specially out of werewolf skin. Of course it was just a formality because the clan she came from happened to be able to withstand sun for short periods of time with special sunblock, but no one wants potential sunburn on their first day right?! She smiled as she looked around at all the people but suddenly heard someone approach her from behind. She turned, careful a to where her umbrella was, and smiled at the pretty blonde girl.
"Oh. Hello, my name's Caitlyn Wickham, it's very nice to meet you. I'm in room 299" She said smiling at the somewhat awkward girl. Caitlyn liked her for some reason though.
"This is Birdie, my best friend." She said placing her hand on the back of Birdies back, half to push her towards the new girl and also to get her under the umbrella. She knew she would burn eventually but wouldn't let my family buy one for her. It really wasn't so bad....kinda...cute actually.
She reached for one of the suitcases which Birdie would rarely let her carry but she grabbed it anyway and proceeded to wait for the head mistresses to allow them inside.

so think what you want of me.

A pretty, pale-haired girl was acquainting herself with her mistress. From the appearance and the customary lolipop, she knew that this girl must be a snow-girl. Snow women suck on candy to keep their body temperature low. They are known for their light colored hair, skin, and eyes. How exciting! It was her greatest hope, as a dutiful maid, that the young miss would find some friends here. She did have quite the trouble with other people and not even a maid can help with something so personal. It would be irritating meddling on her part. That must not happen because she was the highest level of servant, the 'exquisite' wraith that, to anyone less than the pure-blooded vampires, exist only as a legend.

"Pleased to meet you, miss Latifah." Birdie wasn't one to give up luggage easily, but heck, when you're carrying this much, anyone could steal it if they wanted to -- not that it was a good idea to steal something from her if you weren't Caitlyn. The parasol provided much relief. How generous her mistress was.

A male voice broke her from her thoughts and she instantly reverted to 'maid-mode'. Lucky for her, she didn't even have to ask him 'how may I help you?' or 'good day, sir. May I be of assistance?' He had already gotten to the point. She did love it when people went ahead and got down to business. It saved a lot of time. As a maid, saving time is a valuable skill.

"We are proceeding to our dormitories, honored sir." Oh, there goes her maid training. "So that we may leave our baggage and arrange our rooms before acquainting ourselves with this institution." She must have done so much research on the school last night that she could give a tour of it. It sounded like something Birdie would do. "I would be glad to be of assistance, but I have priority obligation to my Lady." With a bow, she was following Caitlyn and Latifah through the doors and towards the girls' dormitories. A maid must have resolve. No matter how cute or dazzling or absolutely fascinating any man is, she must decline with the greatest of politeness and tend to her proper task!

((Oh gee... I need to type faster...))

((its fine, its fine. =3 ))

Latifah looked at the two, obviously vampyre from the umbrella and pale skin. This strong sunlight was beginning to get to Latifah as well, and would be relieved to walk into the (hopefully) air conditioned antique building. She had done her fair share of styding as well and noticed that despite it's age the building had alot of modern technology such as a computer lab, pool, lighting, ac, heating, and the like. "A please to meet you both, Caitlyn, Birdie." She bowed for a second, a common greeting in the land of snow, though she wasn't sure if there would be something wrong with greeting the apparent servent before the master. She carefully carried the bag holding her beloved laptop and dragged the rest of her bags behind her.

"So, I assume the sunlight bothers you both as well," She assumed as the three ((four?)) of them walked through the large doorway at last. Very relieved to feel a cool blast of air against her skin, she began walking over to the marble staircase. Girls dorms are on the second floor huh? Oh of Course they are... Latifah thought with a sigh, struggling to pull her luggage up the stairs. She stared at her luggage, as if she was just going to intimidate it into hopping up the stairs for her. "Ugh, damn stuff," She looked at the two girls, hoping that they didn't have something against cursing. Once she finally reached the top of the steps, she looked down at the two girls. "You want me to help you carry that? My stuffs already up here..." she offered.

"Yes, I just fed before we got here so it's not too bad but sunblock and the were-brella helps." She said smiling at her new made up word. They continued into the castle were the cool rush of air gave instant relief.
Caitlyn smiled up at Latifah and shook her head. She folded up the umbrella and tucked it under her arm, the faint stench of werewolf seeping out of it. Caitlyn stopped her breathing and continued up the steps. She smiled to Birdie, assuring her that she might actually try this time.
They had always had an odd connection of some sort. She continued up the staircase and smiled to Latifah.
"Pure-blood Vampire...Endless strength?" She said giggling a bit and continuing down the corridor.

Latifah smiled at Caitlyn. She liked it when girls were confidant and independant like that. She began to follow her, but then quickly turned around and face Birdie. "Would you like some help?" She asked, looking down at the girl with multiple bags as well. Of course, Latifah could always use her ice to carry the baggage in midair, but that might not be neccissary. Latifah kindof wished she was in dorm 299 with these two girls. God forbid she be with someone she semi-knew. She didn't even know what her roomates NAME was, but Latifah was sure that she wouldn't be all that bad, just like everone she'd met so far... which pretty much consisted of just these girls, that boy, and the two mistresses, which she hadn't really met.

"Thank you miss" Gregory replied to the 'doll-girl'.
Gregory walked around and asked a few more questions. He soon found out that he was in room 111, he walked towards his dorm, opened it once he got there, and put his dog down.
"Fifi, sit!" He yelled as he saw Fifi about to jump onto his bed. "Bad girl" He said in a hushed tone.
He grabbed his key and shoved it in his pocket. He unpacked a few bits of his clothing. He shuffled around in his room nervously. I like the music academy but I would've liked to live this summer my way.... Gregory thouht to himself as he continued to pace. He jumped onto his bed like a little kid and floped down onto it. Gregory giggled slightly at that. Fifi barked like mad-dog. He shushed his dog and threw a treat at her. He grabbed his backpack, filled with his gardening tools, seeds, 'bird watching' binoculars, glasses, and a few shiny things to distract teachers. He was a male siren, all he really would have to do is talk. Which was something he was capable doing alot of.
