More people around ensures that this place won't become a ghost town.

You know, a lot of people have been saying that they've been looking for something like this and that it's a great idea. I guess with the overflow of Batman and Vampire themed roleplays right now, it seems fresh. But still, I didn't expect for it to be so popular. The thread doesn't even look that fabulous. The graphics are as simple as possible and I just wanted it open so I skipped making a side bar graphic. I'm kind of wowed by the response.

...Which is the opposite of everything else lately.

Doing the history/memories first...and it's really going places.
Though it may be a bit long.

So long as quality is paired up with length, I don't mind.

You know, I finally gave up on roleplay hunting awhile back because that's all roleplays are about lately. The romance, the little crush or the destined to be together pair. I don't mind reading that kind of thing, I'm a sucker for the Twilight Series. But when it comes to writing it myself, it's not my forte or genre. I prefer the action and sci-fi idea, modern assassins and technology kind of thing. But finding a good modern roleplay that isn't loaded with romance or emo people is impossible these days.

For a bit I thought Barton Town was barren of anything good. Then just this past week, one that I applied for re-opened, I got into another one as a last minute addition and then I opened this one. I've been dying for this genre for a long time.

The plot is very open here too, there's nothing set in terms of what will happen. The only guidelines are that the kids are within the facility, it is impossible for them to escape. I'm willing to get feedback from those who are accepted when it comes to plot ideas too. So in the end I'm very excited. My summer so far has been filled with nothing but applications and dry starts. Hopefully the three that I'm forsure going to be in get off the ground, including this one.

Also writing from an angle I findnifty.

I do romance in my private RPs often -- but developed and thought out versions.

But I almost never do romance in group RPs.
So things like Fruit's Basket and stuff, based around it, kind of annoy me. >_>;

And how open the plot is serves as most of my reason for interest. That's very cool.
I like not feeling confined by too much detail.

I'll probably finisht he memory portion (or at least come close) before I leave.

@Purple: I don't mind if you do two profiles. I would be nice to have two scientists floating around. ^^ Since Stanfield is an NPC I'll be playing him, it will be fun to hear what he has to say to No. 10. I'm sure that through plotting, eventually No. 10 will get his hands back into the Soldier Experiment.
