I haven't re-read the page, had a bit of a hectic day (My missing kitten finally returned).

Instead of a profile we write something from the character's perspective that gives away their personality, history, likes, dislikes and history, is that right?
I'll check in a bit, I just want to go and play with my cat.

Yes, you would make a post. But it doesn't have to have a given setting. Thing of it as a profile but not divided into sections. It can be in first person or third, whatever you like. It has to showcase your characters personality and why they are the way they are. There are a few necessary things as in how they met Stanfield and such but it's not too much to put together.

Is it okay if I don't write a personality bit as such, I kind of want to get the personality through in how the account is written; probably going to do it first person as though he's talking to a close friend/reporter/or just to the audience as though it's a play.

But you have to picture it as more than a girly shriek, it's more of a yelling scream of terror and fear.
