Hm... Well...
There's good and bad to each option.
If you take them once you're done with each individual thing, the good thing is that it will probably fill up faster and you won't have to wait too long for each spot to fill. The bad thing is that you might get swamped with applicants and you would have to choose between the people and have a harder time.
If you wait until EVERYTHING is done, the good thing is that you would have a little more time to work on things without the pressure. The bad thing is that people might lose patience to get their spot.
I dunno, it's up to you. XD
