When acting outside of his occuptation, he wears all white, including a cloak, a mask, a robe-like shirt, pants, shoes, and gloves. He wears a belt-line set with various chemicals held in vials/containers and objects which are made effective by his powers.
Bio/history: A young genius, orphaned under mysterious circumstances, and adopted as one of the queen's scientist apprentices at the age of 12, after she had witnessed a display of talent during a small street-show he had made in order to earn some money. He secret held a series of unique abilities, which he couldn't fully explain, from the time he could remember. He became a well respected chemist, naturalist, and studier of physics by the age of 16, though only revealed to the world a small deal of what he had learned. As he grew to experience the increasing prominence of unrest in England, he chose, to take actions to push England in the right direction, whatever direction that is.
Powers: Telekinetic abilities- He can use telekinesis on matter around him to alter and control it. He can use it both on the macroscopic level and the molecular level, allowing him to do things like altering the temperature, chemistry, and state of matter. This even allows him to heal others by altering the state of their wounds or illnesses, and accelerating the healing processes. By producing very low level telekinetic fields around himself, he can actually sense the kinds of matter and energy around him, down to the temperature, position and elements that make up any materials he detects.
Telepathic abilities- He can read, communicate with, and influence the minds of others, allowing him to detect the presence of others, take information from their minds and transfer it to them, and be contacted mentally. He can also try to access the minds of others, and alter their thoughts and senses.
