SHORT-NOTICE

Because of a personal issue, Alex will not be able to setup the IC as scheduled. Instead, it will be postponed until Monday.

- - - - - - ROLE-PLAY SETTING

The role-play begins at precisely 1:2O PM of the date when the text message was received. Your characters have precisely 4O minutes to make their way to Tokyo Tower or else they will face the penalty of elimination/erasure. Your characters are all concentrated within the Tokyo region, but have never met each other beforehand. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Furthermore, the dialogue scene has been reproduced as follows:

"Hm, it's already 1:2O, think they're gonna come?"

"If they don't want to be erased, they'll come."

Laughter. "Eh, but I don't think they will."

"People are easily manipulated. They'll most certainly come."

Chuckling, the brunette took another sip of his tea, eyes roaming over the busy streets of Tokyo. "Well, we'll see - won't we?"




When your character arrives at Tokyo Tower, they will receive another text message. This one will be posted on the OOC board. Some individuals may receive notices via Private Messages. There will be further instructions enclosed.

- - - - - - CHARACTER SLOTS

SLOT #1: TAKEN
SLOT #2: TAKEN

SLOT #4: OPEN

SLOT #3 - ( THE FRIEND )
- Humble, Kind and Compassionate
- Essentially, this is the friend/acquaintance of THE UNFORTUNATE ORPHAN. How well acquainted will be left to the personal discretion of the role-player currently casted for THE UNFORTUNATE ORPHAN. Be sure to discuss this with that individual.

- Your character has an okay life. S/He's between the ages of 18 - 22. S/He works two jobs, one at a convenience store and the other at a cafe. Unlike his/her companion, s/he is relatively content with his/her life. S/He can pay the rent, can eat decently and save up a little on the side. It's not a bad lifestyle. And things were just perfectly ordinary until s/he got that weird letter...

The contents of the letter will be disclosed at a later point. Please do not be concerned with it in the profile as it is NOT important nor relevant.

SLOT #4 - ( THE LOYAL RIGHT-HAND )
- Calm, loyal and patient
- This is the second-in-command of the same yakuza group that THE YAKUZA HENCHMEN belongs to. In fact, these two work side-by-side. Their relationship should be one of loyal-subordinate and boss. It is left up to the personal discretion of the current player of the Yakuza role to decide how close their friendship was. However, it must be a friendship or of mutual respect.

- The character is pretty reserved in nature. Reserved - not withdrawn. The difference being that one means "a tendency to keep private matters private" and the other means something else entirely. He's reliable and gets the job done efficiently. Some think he's rather robotic in his approach, but none of that really matters to him. He's roughly between the ages of 23 - 27. He was finishing some last minute work when he received a rather odd phone call with some very pressing information.

- Again, do not be concerned with the content of the phone call. That will be revealed later. It is, as before, irrelevant to the profile.

SLOT #5 - ( THE COVER GIRL )
- Competitive, Arrogant and Malicious
- This character trained in the same agency as the Ex-Idol and was even in the same training group. However, their level of successes differed dramatically. The relationship between these two characters is one of intense rivalry. Please discuss this with the current player of the Ex-Idol role as to how intense/mellow the rivalry may be.

- Your character is the same age bracket at the Ex-Idol. While she's still in entertainment, she didn't start off with a bang like the Ex-Idol and, even now, only does mediocre jobs. Still, it beats being a nobody (that's how she sees it, anyway). She doesn't like the Ex-Idol and she can't really be blamed for it. Not when the Ex-Idol is prettier and slightly more talented. She just has some really crappy lucky (fortunately for you). So, while you were leaving one studio and being driven to another one, you received an interesting e-mail about a job opportunity...

- The specifics of that e-mail will be released later. Please do not be concerned with it.


To apply for these roles, you do not need to send another background check [if you have already submitted one for the first wave]. However, if you are new and have never turned in a BGC, please do so. However, we cannot promise any form of promptness until Alex resolves her problems. If you are interested in a role, please just mention it in the OOC. We will go over every page once she returns, there is no need to message her.

Ah! I am so excited!
So can people begin applying for the secondary characters or is there a certain date for applications to begin? Just curious cos the three characters sound in-ter-es-ting!
Anyway, I will be stalking this roleplay in the shadows and with flags above my head cheering on the plot and the players-- so looking forward for it to start!~
