Bio: Your usual neglected girl. Having important parents means no real support from them, only the help they hire for you. Ophelia has been forced to live through this since the age of five, rarely seeing her mother and father and came to despise them upon the age of eighteen. Now three years later, she was still wondering what she wanted to do in her life. Everything was handed on a plate to her, but she didn't want that. She wanted to live her own life, through feats she can accomplish but there was little she could do to overshadow her parents. When she went through several tours through their facility, they came across a restricted area, which was explained held experimental NetNavi's. While the group was leaving, Ophelia had the ' bright ' idea of staying behind and hide, waiting untill someone would enter the area so she could steal one of them and use it as she sees fit, which was to destroy the entire process her parents were making with their own kinds of navis. After a few hours of practically dozing off, she saw two people enter and quickly, while sneakily, follow after them and quickly hide again.
She didn't have the time to go through all of them though, so many data chips and she never had the patience for anything like that. Most seemed like common once people use for their house needs, which was not what she was after, she wanted one that could destroy everything she wanted. It was then when she overheard those people talking about a dangerous navi that didn't seem to work along with anything they wanted. While the two ranted about this navi, it was Ophelia who went towards it to take a look. She found one that was locked in it's own custom PET, staring quietly out through it as if it was waiting for someone. After waiting for the people to leave the room, did Ophelia take her stance infront of the device to look through it, noticing that there was a rather innocent looking girl staring right back at her, though looked quite intimidating aswell with her outfit and that large weapon she flawlessly wielded. The Navi questioned Ophelia because she was not someone who she has seen before. After a brief talk, she found out that this girl's name was Nexus, who was apparently, wanting to see more of the world other then staying here, tending to only eradicating virusses and doing their every bidding. Ophelia said that she was planning to take Nexus with her and show her whatever she wanted, in exchange that she would follow and do what she asks of her. After finding out Ophelia's intentions and reasons for her actions, she agreed without being reluctant, she vowed her loyalty to the girl.
Navi name: Nexus.EXE
Navi Appearance:
Bio: Nexus, the navi build to destroy whatever was send against the company. In training she had proven to be perfect for destroying everything that was of a threat of her, though sadly that was not the only thing she did. She wiped out pretty much about anything within the area, whether they were virusses, local threats or even units that were meant to stabalize her. There was no way to control her, so they sealed the project and updated her with numerous security programs, though failing every time. The reason was because she didn't want to stay a simple program, she wanted to see more things then just the location she was put in. Every day the same people came to try and update her but neither worked. She could only watch their frustrated glares or ranting at others about how they can't seem to make it work. They had forgotten long ago that Navi's have emotions of their own, which makes them ignorant and worthless in her eyes. It was going to be another day after they had once again failed to reprogram her, when she saw someone looking at her whom she had never seen before. Not only that, she wasn't wearing the standard outfit. She questioned her without alarming this company about an intruder, it was not her job to do so but it was also because she was curious. After a brief introduction, they came to a agreement that neither wanted to stay in the path chosen for them. Some might say that Ophelia's wishes to use Nexus was going to be the same, but Nexus had this sort of feeling that Ophelia didn't do it because she had to, but because she wanted to. She was going to see more of the world thanks to Ophelia, who said that their plan was to start rioting once the moment is right but for now they were going to travel around and destroy random programs before Ophelia's true goal was going to be achieved, destroying the company her parents worked so hard on. In truth, Nexus pitied Ophelia for only knowing revenge and distrust but at the same time she understood after she knew about Ophelia history, she was going to follow Ophelia to the end.
Notes:
- Ophelia could be seen as someone who is only in it for her own goals, which makes it difficult to decide whether what she does is right or wrong.
- Ophelia and Nexus are like sisters to eachother, it's because they have no one else. Ophelia does her best not to lose Nexus, while Nexus does her best to make sure Ophelia won't get caught with whatever she does, destroying all the evidence she might leave behind.
- Now that she is in the open, Ophelia's first priority is to train Nexus to become even stronger, there are alot of threats in the world that the navi might have never encountered, so it would always be dangerous to fight something unprepared.
- Nexus's Scythe is called the Virus Scythe. It can changed into a pole blade which increases her thrusts attacks, She can also alter it to bring the scythe back and into the handle to change it into a cannon.
- Ophelia distrusts others because people judge her before even knowing her, now she doesn't want to believe in others, and does things by herself.
- Once she plugs her headphones into the PET, she can interact with Nexus without saying a word.

Character: Black
Appearance:
Bio: The orphan without a name. Her parents did not want her because of the color of her eyes. They were very religious, thus they believed she had the eyes of the devil. She was taken in by a local orphanage. Her life was as mediocre as the clothes she wore. She was unnoticed by even the children she was sleeping in the same room with. Still, it did not seem to bother her. She wasn't someone who wanted to be with others to talk and laugh. She was the silent type that glared out of the window to look at all the right colors the sky had, the sun shined with, the birds were colored in, she wanted to see it all. A certain night, she watched people spraying bright colors on a grey wall, making cool figures with it. At first the two men thought they were going to rattle them out but she just watched them curiously. She watched them a few days in a row, they seemed to stay at that wall to finish it and after a while, they even gave her a bright pink spray can for her to work with on another wall. She was a simpleton when it came down to it, she didn't need to draw a figure just to enjoy the color but after a few lessons from those two guys, she started to make beautiful figures, from small birds to large flowers. However, the gas of the spray cans often made her cough, and it wasnt' very good for her to stay there with the torn clothes she had.
The two helped her, they adjusted the size of a fireman's jacket to match her, and stole a gas mask from the fire department not far from them. They were a honest bunch, they made money from what they were doing when they were discovered. Even though they claimed her beautiful drawings were their own, they gave her the money. They knew that if they said it was hers, they might go after her while they were seen as artists. She used the money to buy new clothes and her own spraycan set. The two often called her 'Black-chan' because of the way she looked. Since she had no name, she took the name 'Black' as her own. When the two had to leave, they bid her farewel and gave her a bit of money to work with and to feed herself with. She hid everything from the orphanage she was in and just kept on spraying structures that were too grey or filled with only one dark color. She hated it, a single, dull color just made her feel pained just looking at it. When she was busy redoing the wall of a corporation in the back alley, she was aproached by a hooded, tall man.
Normally, people would be afraid at such a situaton but Black just glared up at him without fear in her eyes. She watched as he took out a black device, showing a pale, white girl that was on the screen. "Tell me.. What is the first word that comes in mind?" Black wasn't someone to answer that, she just looked at the navi while the girl looked back at her with the same expression, it was like she was watching the complete opposite of her. For some reason, just looking at the girl made her want to talk to her. Finally, she looked up at the man and said with such a pure, honest, soft, child voice. "White." The man grinned from underneath his cloak. This wasn't the first time he gave someone that question and most of the time they said 'Navi' 'Scary' 'Powerful' or 'Robot'. This was the first answer that accompanied with a pure voice, made him content. Then to his suprise, the Navi leaned in close to inspect Black before she suddenly spoke out with a giggle. "Black." In all honesty, Black was suprised the girl knew her name, or perhaps she was saying that word because of her clothes and hair, making blink a few times before she gave the girl a gentle nod.
For the first time the Navi spoke and even giggled as a reaction to what's been said to her or even when she encountered the person that was supposed to answer his question so without a second though, he gave her the device, which made Black drop her spray can so she could accept the device with both hands. "This navi is now yours." She would look up at him before looking down at the navi in her hands, she had never seen one before. The girl gave Black a wave and a wink before she spoke loudly. We'll be besssttt friendssss~!" Such a hyper tone and such a cute look, it made Black poke the screen with one finger and made the girl giggle. "Be sure to teach her everything she needs to know, White." The man said with a grin and gave Black a black colored hip bag with strange chips inside, making her look at it. They were so nicely colored, some black, some dark purple, some white. "I entrust White over to you now." And with that the man left, leaving Black with the navi and looking at her. "White." She said softly again, gently rubbing her thumb over the navi's head even though the screen was blocking that, only making the girl giggle in excitement. "You're cute, Black-chan. Let's go somewhere nice and chat." And with that, Black left the alley to find a spot at the lake to know more about White.
Navi name: White
Navi Appearance:
Bio: A highly experimental navi, she is called Nexus V2.0 because the first one was stolen years ago. They used the upgrades and many new testing modules that had for the old one, to make this new Navi and greatly enhance it from it's predecessor. However, this navi turned just like the old but with a much more sadistic personality. It happened during it's first training round, where she had to fight Mettaur virsusses. She didn't slash them with her Virus Scythe.. She ate them! The technicians lost camera sight at the start of battle but when they regained it, they saw Nexus V2.0 seated upon one of the pillars, munching on a Mettaur that was slowly being deleted. She didn't even use her scythe to kill them! They wondered why she was like that and unlike the previous Nexus, this one was easily dissatisfied. "Hey, you people over there. I want bigger meals. This is so boring. Can't you just let me out and play by myself? This is unfair." The technicians off course, ignored her request and kept updating her to work away that sadistic nature of hers and the senseless nagging this girl had.
Nothing worked, she kept on showing carnivorous behavior whenever she had a training session, eating the caught, weak virusses as if they were just food to her. The thing that they were suprised with as that it wasn't effecting her system at all. She recieved the upgrades that were meant for the Nexus V1.0 and became even stronger, they designed specific, experimental chips for her to use that would enhance the capabilities with her weapon. They removed the cannon mode from her scythe to give her alot more speed during battle. All these improvements and Nexus V2.0 was simply bored out of her mind. All these tests, the same faces that kept staring at her like she was some sort of monster, it all grew old to her. Then, one day, a cloaked man came at PET station and looked at her. "Do you wish freedom?" Nexus V.20, who was simply laying on the ground and glaring up at the limited sky above her, had no interest to look at the person. "Well duh! This is boring, same things every day! I want to have fun, I want to eat stronger things. I bet they taste better then these Mettaurs." She held nothing back on what she wanted.
"Well then, I will take you and your arsenal with me to the outside world, I have a mission for you. " She tilted her head to look at the screen and the man, not looking suprised or happy, but she heard the mission clear. Running it through her head while she was stolen from the company. I will find you a wielder, from there, I want you to wait further orders. There was just one problem with that. All the people he was showing her to sucked a**! They showed nothing but weakness in their eyes and their entire behavior was simply boring to look at or interact with. She didn't bother to look at them, nor to give them a single word or audable sound to work with. While they were heading down the alley to make a shortcut to his house, she sighed loudly. " Give it a rest, will ya? No one here seems entertaining enough to excite me! " It was then where the man stopped infront of a small girl, who seemed to be spray a bright pink bird on a plain grey wall. Nexus V2.0 sighed frustratingly as they stopped and he heard him talking to someone, then brought out again. She wasn't bothering to take this serious but the moment her eyes laid upon the girl infront of her, she became shocked. Those eyes.. They showed so many things just by looking into them. Good things, bad things, unique things but most of all, exciting things. Not only that, she looked so adorable and cute, like she came from one of those cartoons the technicians looked at during their break. She wanted her.
Then she heard Black's word with a voice that could only be described as the voice of something so pure, that it could melt away all anger, sadness, everything. It made her giggle loudly and stare with so much attention at the girl, who said the word White. She basically was that, White clothes, white hair, white weapon, pale skin. The only thing that seperated her from a complete color were her bright pink eyes. She became hyper, she wanted this girl, who she called Black because of the way she looked and how her eyes looked deep down inside. She wanted to know everything about her and the man saw that, so she gave Nexus V2.0 to Black and left with a few parting words.
After a few months, the two became close, one could say that White fell in love with Black because of how special she saw her. They named each other by color and it was White's idea to get out of the orphanage and start doing something to make her dream come true. Though she found most things boring and corny when she was locked up there, she had to say that Black's dream was something she wanted to see, a world filled with endless colors other then the same boring one. She had decided to leave her sadistic nature for when she would be alone, not wanting to scare Black away from her, knowing little that Black accepted her regardless of what she did, but she will find that out in time. Black put her faith in White and left the orphanage, doing what she was told to do by White and dueled people for money. It was so easy for both of them, White was just too powerfull against rookies, who saw a small girl and thought she'd be easy. They used the money to feed herself but Black also fed White even though she never wanted to. She usually had a nice warm place to stay and eat something to keep herself filled and wash her clothes every few days so she wouldn't look like such a hobo. Those clothes made black look unique, and White nagged her to keep proper care of herself.
The man would soon find out that White had chosen to give her life to Black and that she would never betray her and in time, she talked for Black, who she knew didn't want to speak because of her voice and reasons. She accepted Black's way of life and adjusted herself to it. She spoke for Black and if anyone was to harass her, she would just have to hack into the nearest system and create 'accidents' to make the harasser dissapear.
Notes:
- While she was previously known as Nexus V2.0, she discarded the name because Black's first word to her. She liked the name, she liked how it was mutural with Black's name and sticks with it.
- When Black and White are together, White will always act cheery and happy because she's with her but when someone breaks communication or vision with Black, then White will unleash her sadistic rage on her opponent and devour them slowly.
- Black's attitude is what White is fascinated the most. She has no problem putting others in danger if it's for the sake of her own reason yet at the same time, Black is a very kind hearted girl aslong as the people she interacts with, don't do anything to stand in her way.
- Some can call White's behavior towards Black to be some kind of jealous girlfriend, always hogging Black's attention and never wanting anyone to get close to her. It's not one sided, Black knows what White is doing and she always tries to show her the love she wants.
- White likes to see what Black sprays on walls and often helps by clearing up certain programs that try to delete it from their walls.
- White's ultimate ability is not devouring. She can turn dead programs into 'zombie programs' with a special upgrade that requires the use of her scythe.
- Aslong as Black is connected with White, Navi's and NPC's will not be killed. At most NPC's will be possessed for Black's wishes.

Bio: The Angel of Death. Title given because of her heartless decisions. Unlike Ophelia, she had taken the opportunities presented to her, even the one that was meant for Ophelia. They wanted to have Ophelia undergo numerous military training and tests with their latest navi. They wanted to turn Ophelia into a experiment. They chose Ophelia because she was still young and she could easily be manipulated into doing things that no sane person would do for the ' love of her parents ' which she wanted so badly. When they were about to start the project, Lilith insisted that she wanted to be the test subject, mainly because she was already a trained assassin. She knew the methods, the style, te grace, she knew almost everythng to proceed through life and missions flawlessly, but she wasn't satisfied. She wanted power, more of it. She wanted to show to her parents tha she was capable of dealing with the pain and pressure of this project they were working on. Her parents wondered if this was some type of compassion that Lilith had for Ophelia, since they had known how intimate she was with her sister, the love she and for her and always protecting her, though there was another part, the look in her eyes that cried for more power, she craved for it like a drug. For some reason, her mother has began to show her alot more love and affection as Lilith trained her hardest to control her combat skills and navi skills. She was unsure how to accept it. She had recieved word of Ophelia turning against her parents and stealing a navi that was meant for her, but no mission was given to her because her mother believed that she wasn't ready to face Ophelia or even attempt to hurt her. Up to this day, Ophelia beleives that LIlith had betrayed her and abandoned her like her parents did. Lilith had never even tried to make contact with Ophelia as she went through the harsh training, confined within the experiment center untill the day would arrive that she is needed for a mission. Little does she know, that her mother wants to bring Ophelia, Black and her together and have control of their might for her own bidding.
Navi name: Cerbera
Navi Appearance:
Bio: Their latest navi that had been in the works for years. When the first Nexus series was introduced, it was Laura Rine's idea to make a copy of that system and work on their own special project, one that was exclude the use of a PET and instead, use a headphone with voice command. Using your own voice, you can transport a chip from our library and to your navi in a matter of seconds, removed the whole use of a PET and off course, having to jack into places. Yes, a revolutionary system that was starting to come to life. Many peopel were trained with the newly developed Nexus but none were able to ' tame ' her. They were all crumbling under her might and personality, the dark aura that was consuming them and making them fear everything they saw. It was a failed project, untill someone named Ophelia as a young body that could withstand this wild navi. As they wanted to do that, it was Lilith who eventually became the test subject. The very first Nexus was introduced to Lilith and like they predicted, the navi was unable to make Lilith fear her. They shared a long look of eachother for a few minutes untill it was the navi that looked down and away from the stone cold Lilith. The project was bearing fruition, but they wanted more out of Lilith, so they decided to make a navi that she herself wanted, with the latest power and technology that would complete their project. Though she was far from done, they created the navi ' Cerbera '. She was introduced to the training net grid and shared her first looks with it. Then she was given information by Lilith, who guided her effortlessly through waves of virusses that was send their way, even in her beta stage, she was able to do so much, she was really a succes. However, the buildin where she was being held and upgraded, was being raided by Ophelia and Dragoon and they triggered an effect that had launched Cerbera out of the system and into a random location for safety, which was regretfully the graveyard. She was unconsious at the time but Undertaker found her and could sense the dangerous power was invested within her, though without waking her up, she sealed her into the broken metal castle within the deepest area in the graveyard and locked it, keeping it secure with a bright orb within a head of a skull that could only be destroyed by the dead with power.
Notes:
- Cerbera has a temporary memory loss that will be fixed after she has been completed, untill then, she knows nothing nor no one.
- As Lilith has requested, Cerbera has very limited emotions, only to be used when needed to, though before the incident at the Rine Corps, Cerbera made her promise that she was allowed to see every part of the net, in exchange would immidiatly teleport to the desired location when Lilith needed her.
- Cerbera has numerous mode changes that can be unlocked with the right upgrades, she also is able to change her gun in any shape once she gets that upgrade.
- Lilith wants to punish Ophelia because of her disobedience, she had an entire future laid out for Ophelia had she behaved and Lilith being succesful in wielding Cerbera, now she must do what she can to ensure that Ophelia knows the grave error she had made.
- A side effect of the training is that Lilith has no control over her own emotions, it has all been locked away after the numerous tests and no longer feels the need for them, The lack of emotions has greatly enhanced her focus and the ability to quickly decide what she has to do next.
- Lilith is currently residing in the mansion Ophelia used to live, waiting further orders.

Navi name: Victoria.exe
Navi Appearance:
Bio: An experimental navi that was created to counter the Rine Corps. Ultratech has spend alot of money and time on this navi to perfect it. Little is known about this navi. Ultratech had stolen the concept of Nexus and White to create Victoria, a holy navi that would fight to protect the company from any virus. Doing this, they have gone with a alternate route for the navi. Instead of following to concept of the scythe, they gave her a divine appearance, a heavy shield, a six foot spear and sword to grasp from behind her shield. She follows the Cruxis, the Holy squadron of the Ultratech, being build in secret. Victoria has so far, been the only navi in their possession to be able to endure the upgrades, her weapons and still maintain a solid ground of pride and honor. It is safe to say that this navi is their jewel for the time being. She knows not to surrender, nor fear. She marches through the hardest terrain to seek out her opponent. She upholds Faith towards the Gods of Navis. She has an aura of confidence around her that boosts the morale of her allies. Victoria controls the mighty Seraphim squad of Ultratech, winged long range archers that can punches even the strongest metal. Together they form the elite group that protects Ultratech from dangerous virusses that try to find the secret files and programs within it's core. Unlike most navis, she isn't out to kill, rather to test her skill against opponents just as stronger or even stronger then her and show them that she isn't called the best for nothing.
Before each battle, she prays to the Gods to lend her their strength and wisdom and battle so that she can defeat her opponent. She prays for the well being of her allies and that she can fight to her fullest extend. Ultratech is very fortunate to be able to have such a powerful, fearless navi in their arsenal, for when the time comes that they are truly going to be in chaos, it will be this maiden of war, that will bring them out of it. With her divine light and fearless nature, she will drive her lance through the darkness and create the path of light.
Notes: Victoria has four overdrives:
Fortitudo: Greatly increases defence, her shield will glow fiercely with light. It also increases ramming power, able to knock larger navis away several feet with a simple slam. It also helps to block against most powerful beams or other projectiles. Fortitudo makes a large aura around the shield for that, it will protect her body from any attack the shield it held towards. The punishment of this overdrive is that she her speed will be decreased.
Temperantia: Greatly increases speed, she will discard her spear and take out her one handed sword from behind her shield. She will also be able to ascend to the sky with wings that are created by the define light. She also has the ability to teleport step, which means that she can adjust her speed and perform a short range teleportation to the direction she is facing. The punishment of this is that she will lack the knockback of her shield and power of her lance. She cannot perform powerful charge attacks as she will be focussed too much on speed and dodging, thus very inaffective against greatly armored navis.
Lustitia: Gains projectile ability. She will charge her lance with divine light, then thrust it out at any target and making a large beam of light shoot out from the tip of her lance and send to the target, often leaving a large white explosion. When equipped with her sword, she will send energy waves from the blade of her sword to the direction she slashes to. With her shield, she will be able to absorb any incoming ENERGY projectile and shoot it back at them with the power of light enhancing the projectile. The punishment of this overdrive is that she will not be able to do close combat unless it's with her sword, she will not stand much of a chance against brawlers.
Sapientia: Greatly increases attack. She will discard her sword and shield and use her lance with two hands, making her power and skill with the lance almost perfect. With two hands she will perform alot stronger attacks and will be able to block with her lance. She is known never to retreat or take a break, even if she is the one hurt, she will keep going on the attack. The punichment of this overdrive is off course defence. With no shield, she can only protect herself against melee attacks.
