• Bare Leg, -Taur, and Full Body Mods Guide < in post 2 is a link to a spreadsheet where can view by skintone, would have newer items than the prior link but only legmods

^^ In addition to what Aerdian linked, you can search something like 'sable arm* usermade' and there will be a good amount of results for arm poses that have been recolored by users in different tones, same for legs.
