one thing that's still bugging me about this Dan Feng cosplay is that I was unable to find a leg mod with light grey pants and white boots.

it appears these images are a direct links to an avatar image. Due to image caching it's possible you might still see the same outfit but if the user has changed their outfit it's possible I see their newer outfit and these responses may not match what you see. I suggest saveing the image and upload to a 3rd party image host or using Gaia's Favorite system to be certain the image you are sharing is the outfit you are asking about.
