it is pretty much average and a bit too random for me. Maybe I just can't see the theme if there is any at all (?)
There is a lot of place for improvement.
Maybe add mouth? Change (for more natural) eyes? More matching background? Maybe get rid of those pets? Or add more brownish items to match the light brown kitty.
The broom and the bottle on your back seem out of place too.
Overaly it seems like a bunch of random items put together with a slight impression that you are going for something.
Sorry if it was too harsh, but I just can't see what exacly are you going for.
A furry, angel, fairy, witch, goddess of forests and pets? Doesn't it seem a bit too random?

I would add some gold on her legs, not much though.
I don't think your avi need those blue glasses thing, they seem out of play. Adding some cyberpunk to a sexy/white-magic witch isn't a best thing to do here.
Maybe get rid of those gloves, because they have black ribbon on and change them to some other white ones without a ribbon? Or with a gold/blue accesories.
You should try getting something in your hands, you have a book now, that's great. But maybe some wand-weapon-something with a bit of dark blue you have on your hair.
Some more sparkles and start might look good too.
And it seems like you are going in a good direction for a sexy, good witch. Good job so far c:
