I'm okay with, and even like, Pine and other super saturated colors, but I usually like them when they are paired with a darker main color that "Grounds" them. I really like the contrast that comes from that sort of pairing most of the time.

I only started using pine because so many of the pine recolors were ultra cheap so they'd end up being the only version of items I actually wanted in other colors rofl I like it with dark brown and ivory and/or the more desaturated gold, not a big fan of that orangey shade it got paired with a lot though.

Finally, one of my recolors made it to the scheme list, haha!

I adore pine. Any gem-tone color, really. I don't wear it often, but I still get excited when I see an item I like recolored in this shade.

There was actually period where I did collect a few pine recolours but that was very short-lived. xD

Since we have a week to discuss a scheme, I tend to wait til Tuesday before I share my thoughts. Sadly, upon seeing pine being choosen, I already knew how much I don't like this color. I don't reall collect schemes that have green in it (barring bugberry). Even if I were to collect various shades of green, pine would be last. I just cannot find it appealing. Offblack and antique gold? Two colors I love with a passion. Just not when combined with pine green.

Totally agreed. I prefer a more natural-ish palette so pine with darker colors like dark brown I enjoy tremendously.

Pine turned into Pumpae inspired because pumpae is the only time I like pine with yellow/gold. I'd love to be able to pair it with more cool tone shades
