I had a whole post written up last week when it was still Robin saved for Cherie but my computer crashed so yay.
i really love cherie. I think it's one of the most felixble and adaptable schemes out there, paired with a wide range of nuetrals, pastels, woodlands and more. It can stick to casual themes, and thrives in nature schemes, and even some warrior themes.
i just. love it. lmao.





dont have to include these but just examples of what I was talking about before- how easily it can be mixed into other schemes and ideas.

I was going to change the hair color, but I found out I oversatured the bows so badly it bled into the hair.

sweetheart is too light and saturated to me, arkham is more harsher with colors and I like that more ; 3 ;

i LOVE sweetheart/easter/arkham whatever you wanna call it, hands down my favorite scheme on the site its especially good cause it pairs well with amaranth, pale bubblegum, and sunshine items because it uses those colors obviously, so it allows for ALOT of good avi combos

as for items i wanna see recolored.. probably an usagihime recolor using sweetheart or dream weaver, both would look really nice emotion_drool emotion_drool

bunnykit or pumpae would be super cute in sweetheart as well, the poses are versatile enough for it..

And we're back to "Schemes that need to branch out of their Comfort Zones more often". I always find it to be a shame that the only Arkham items that don't stick to the Pastels Cliches were those the Doc himself had a direct input in their creations (As embarrassingly shown in its debut Rainbow Parcel Bundle. I give Dave's Recolor a pass, though, because he had an actual say on picking My Bloody Valentine for the Prism treatment).
Thankfully, Easter is the season that tends to bring the cool unisex pastel items...

That said, I had to emulate the Sweetheart scheme using its components colors because I don't collect its Ombre'd-style stuff (Those are a bit hard for me to coordinate in a outfit) but I'm glad for this Showcase example: It's fitting for Easter coming next Sunday.

Little known fact about Arkham. It was first created after Gaia made a Bubblegum Don't Give A that had similar placement that Doc had approved his ticket. He made a case about it and Gaia allowed him to make a change on his ticket, in which he added canary yellow and created Arkham Don't Give A. 3nodding
