I don't have the time or the patience to find them, copy them somehow so I don't forget them, and then proceed to study the avatars using both the guest list AND the clue. It's a shitload of stuff that I have to keep track of.

And I think the hardest part is coming up with good clues. Fried's last clue was complete bullshit, I never would have guessed it was him even after the sun blew up.

I suggest putting them all in the same general place (first post of various threads) and allow guessing without them. <3

It'd be the first to be found, guaranteed.

I think clues that require you to know the person
(for example, "I've been here a long time" or "My favorite color is ___" wink
shouldn't be allowed,
'cause we can't know everyone personally.

They should be something more like
what they do in the AT and how they make their avatars.
Because you can figure that out by having just seen them around.

I agree that clues should be optional.
We've only got two wrong guesses before
we're done for the day anyway.

But I guess if they can't be,
as long as they're not a challenge to find
and they're all hidden in a similar way
making none more of a challenge than any others,
then I can deal with it.
I usually look for them anyway, myself.

So you have to figure them out.
This way, they never leave the thread.

As for the whole clue thing, I thought that it went rather well. I didn't mind the sleuthing. I just think that for sure that clues should be posted in the first post. And that maybe when someone reveals a clue that it be posted on the first page next to the character so we don't have to track back to look for the clue again.

Other than that I thought they were fine. As to the unhelpful clues... when they submit them, if they are too ambiguous you can always tell them to make a new clue. -nods head-

I'd be okay with it.
Then we'd be able to guess on anyone, right?
Since all the clues would be available.
We'd just have to be sure that no clue
is more cryptic than any others.

Also: I love hearing your suggestions to better the thread.
I think that I will put the clues in inspectys last post and make them public, however they will also become a bit more cryptic. You will have to figure them out but they will be based upon the Ater and I'll try to keep them among common knowledge type of clues.

Also: Looking for new types of rates to really get the rating here going.
