Who cares, if it came down to it she could probably kick most of our butts in a real fight weather she is black, escomoian, or turtleseal. Just sit back and watch the show it's not that big a deal anyways.

The reality of it:

Korra isn't 'black'. She isn't 'inuit' or any other myriad of races mentioned here.

She is a member of the water tribe. That is her race. Water Tribe.

I had an argument about this several pages back, several weeks ago. -rolls eyes- If you didn't agree, you were racist, which was completely stupid and makes no sense.
