Hello staff. There are several Alchemy components needed to craft a formula that can only be found in zOMG, such as Copper and Red Eye. Some users cannot access zOMG due to Flash being disabled. Is there any way you could update the zOMG Cache bag for Alchemy with any necessary components found only in zOMG? Or maybe make a separate bag or find another way to get them out to users? That would be awesome.

In the recent Lake Kindred refresh, the RIG Fallen Star was removed from Milky Way area capsules? This RIG was one of the few ways to obtain GoFusion charms, it gave out the main 3 charms. Could this RIG be re-added if possible to a Lake Kindred area's capsules?

Just a reminder that there is a workshop build sitting in 'evaluating' status that was submitted 27th Nov 2019.
It's three year anniversary is in two months time.

Maybe some movement in this queue would be a great anniversary present for this request.

I'll ask the team to have a look.  I'm not sure exactly which request it is, but there might be a reason it have not been implemented yet.

Hello. Before I wasn't able to see anything, stuck in a black screen. Not I just get this message. Once I click okay, it doesn't do anything.

Sorry, we made some major changes to help with load times and that broke the latest build.  We're working on a new patch that should fix this issue.   sweatdrop

Will this patch also fix the issue with the "connection was lost, reason is: unknown" error that has been preventing many of us getting into the new rally? Fingers crossed heart

Can staff confirm if angelic halo is still in the rigs now available in lk? There's one or two that had it in the past but we are in the dark if you have removed it entirely.

At this point, you could update any of them as theres only been a single build request that has been completed.

With more custom items slowly coming out, are there any plans to eventually put them in direct buy? I know the queue is still very far behind but just wondering if they ever would be.

Yes, in the future you should see custom tickets for direct buy!
However, we plan to revamp a lot of tickets and rules. So some tickets may get retired, others changed, etc. Basically we just can't guarantee any specific tickets will be made available.
