Features: Avi Closet

Whenever I save an avi, the image is broken until I refresh the page. This has caused some trouble when I've made more than one avi in a row and saved before refreshing the page - then later realizing I didn't save everything that I wanted to because I couldn't see the images.

Looks like the feature need to wait a second before attempting to load the image into view, we will have that fixed later this week.

Also not so much a question but thing to think about - With the idea of the site being wholly redesigned, perhaps it could be setup in a way to allow us to choose from different skins?

Light mode, dark mode, a version of the old look - Maybe some extra options for subscribers?

Thinking of it the way Neopets does it, where the account preferences has lots of cool site skin options. biggrin

The site redesign project will involve changing the site header and pull down menu, as well as some of the landing pages.  Meanwhile, Gaia has many features each with different design specs which would be too much work for us to re-work all those features at once.  So I can't promise that we can implement a site wide skin/theme system at this point.  Though we will try to make such thing available through some features if possible.

What does a site redesign mean overall for everyone, in essence what's changing?

The redesign is something we're discussing at this stage, so we don't have much detail to share until we solidified the scope of the project, as in how much time we have to work on it, and how much we can do in that amount of time, as well as some UI design elements that will serve as a guiding post for what's to come.

My friend, Into the starry dawn, is still having issues with her wishlist. Items that she removed keeps going back on the wishlist and items not being able to be removed at all. She's also having issues where she knows she has missing items but is not receiving them back when she either cancels or allows listings to expire, and the tool that I believe it supposed to be active to allow for these returns when visiting your shop front isn't returning them. I'm not sure if there's anything else that can be done right now, but both of us would greatly appreciate if someone could look into this!

She's very shy about reaching out to staff herself, so I'm assisting as best I can, but I can't replicate her problems myself so I don't really know what else I can do other than speak on her behalf during ATS.

I'll have another look and make sure the bug with the wishlist loading items from the old database be fixed.  We fixed another bug with the item recovery tool for marketplace, please have your friend visit her "mystore" page and see if there is a banner for item recovery that shows up underneath her store description.
