Well the order form asked about company, lighting/particle, and frames. I'm not quite sure about those, though I could guess the company is the name going on the logo. Would you mind explaining a little?

name or title that is going on logo

Picture:
any particular picture that you may like your logo to look like or that you would like your your logo

Quote:
If there is a particular wording to go along with the "Company" e.g Woolworths (name) "The fresh food people" (quote)

Colour/theme:
any particular theme or colours that you like e.g. gothic, ice, fire, pink, etc

Lighting/particle: L/P
Lighting is a lighting effect e.g main banner. Where as a particle is like snow falling.

Frames: (max 50)
The amount of frames determines the size and length of the animation. An average .gif is about 15

Other:
any other information that you have not already told me.
