Ahaha, okay, that makes sense. ^^ And yeah, CS and bio is a bit of a weird combo. I'm not nearly as smart as I wish I were either. I really should've just done bio.... Well, hindsight is 20/20 and all that. <_<;

Hey, heaters are great. Actually, I hated my undergrad dorm in winter because they'd crank up the heating, and I'd be forced to wander around in t-shirts.... And that was really bad when I had to go outside for class. rofl I guess it was better than the time that the heating system broke, and I couldn't even stand to be in my room except to sleep, because it was so ridiculously cold.

Yep, I knew what you meant. ^^ Heh, I pretty much only have black and purple clothing items, so it kind of limits what I can wear. It's okay though - I'm not terribly creative when it comes to making outfits.

I think a lot of people come up with OCs because they write, and the characters are story characters... I don't write though, so most of mine are based on random doodles. I liked the character design and started drawing them over and over, and they eventually became 'established'. I've had my current batch of characters around for several years, and it's only fairly recently that I've started thinking up backgrounds for them. Mostly, I just like drawing them. ^^;

Nah, I'm a really lousy CS student. I know hardly anything. xp I work away on my Windows laptop, and leave the 1337 h4xx1ng to the guys in the Linux cluster. P: I'm actually a first year master's student. I graduated last May, and came back for more schooling, starting in January. So I'll be here for a couple more years.

You bet I use a tablet. Being without scanner access in Japan finally forced me to figure out how to use my tablet. Now I can't really imagine working without one. I want a Wacom someday - my sister has one and it's really nice. I have a random, cheap Aiptek... Well, it gets the job done.

Yeah, my posts have been getting too long for my bubble. rofl I think that a surprising number of R&C artists are college students, actually. Granted, a whole bunch are high schoolers, but still. Especially when I'm on during a mid-day break like this, I'll see a lot of college students hanging around on Gaia. :3

It really is. Even a bit too much so - I've slacked off a bit this term, and really need to get my butt in gear to finish all my work. @_@

My friend has a tablet laptop! They're really neat. She's a TA for the intro CS course, so she's been writing up tutorial solutions directly on her computer screen. I think it's pretty cool.

Hooray for college peeps in the R&C. Heh, I haven't bought any art in a while. Nothing's really jumped out and caught my eye lately... Oh well. I go through art-buying phases. It's just something that comes and goes.
