I got accepted for a one year education to learn to teach 4 to 12 year olds art projects! can start on september the second! too bad I'm going on a three week vacation on september the first. gonk

not anymore. july an august is right smack middle in the school vacation, and if I wanted free for that, I had to give that through before may. plus, I don't to go on vacation then. too many people and kids.
but the classes are only on friday, so I might leave on the third, and return on the 22d, so I can catch the class of 23 september. I'll only miss two classes that way.

god, the third vacation in a row that's being dictated by an agenda. first a funeral, then a wedding and now school.

got home late, ordered a pizza, got drenched while cycling back from getting the pizza, discover that the freezer is out and has been for probably the whole day due to a defective connector box, see the street get flooded, electricity goes out, and discover an hour later that because the electricity went out, the freezer went back to it's non freezing state. thank god I don't have to work till one, because with my luck the electricity will go out again during the night. lots of late people. > <
