umm so i get this right you want your oc with umm the white lines glowing?
okay i know how to do that...but i do have a slight set back it might be a week or two till i can color....as i said to the other person i have no photoshop so yea i ordered it so it should come in 1-2 weeks. but i'll have the lineart done by then :3

I know how to do it on Paint.net for the lines, but not Photoshop. Perhaps another layer for the lines that are going to be slightly glowy, and add a 'glow' effect?

though i'll have to do lineart till i can get Photoshop my trial ran out and i just ordered it so might be a week or two so you dont have to pay for coloring i'll do that free since it's a problem right now :3
