for me...i'm not quite sure. I mean, my nose is already raw and numb from sneezing and then bam, blood everywhere. I've never gotten like a "Blood dripping down your face" nose bleed. it's all been "oh hay i just sneezed blood on my papers that i have to turn in tomorrow. great." nose bleed.
