About Soul~

Hi everyone, I'm Soul (or Soulless, or Angel or Angelus, however which way you'd like to address me). I'm turning 21 in December, and I'm a student commuting to the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver. I started off at the same time Maho did, which was the same summer we graduated High School (we met in college though, went to High School states away). My sister is a senior in high school this year as well as one of the chief editors of her school newspaper, and my still-hyper golden retriever 'Cheyenne' turned 7 this last March. I love art and music. I take a sketchbook wherever I go, and in Ai's Media Arts and Animation program I'm learning the 3-D process: modeling and sculpting in a 3-dimensional computer environment, lighting, rigging, animation, all that jazz. I still love the traditional 2D drawing, and I hope to continue improving in anatomy, poses and color. I have a longer way to go before I graduate, since I've been going part time for a while now. I'm a second soprano in the small 10-15 person choir my dad directs at church, and a pianist since I was 6 or 7. I've also been a percussionist for over a decade. Despite the fact Ai has no music classes or band, I was still lucky enough to continue playing in a volunteer pops band in Loveland, and my favorite instrument hands down has to be the timpani. I still miss marching band though. I have to say, that was a lot of exercise running around the field with a giant metal and wooden set of quad drums hanging off the shoulders with a harness. My favorite (or most frequent) question was "Aren't those heavy??" They are kind of heavy, but maybe not quite as heavy as they look until they're held for long periods of time. So anyway, yes! Welcome to our shop!

Q & A

What are the bribes for?

Bribes are for couple art, furries, anthros, mechas and other things in the dislikes for drawing.

Are the prices set in stone?

No, but we'd like to keep close to the prices. We want to not only be competitive but the gold goes to future contests and giveaways on this shop. As well as MahoHaku's basic ability to commission other artists from time to time.
