Rules

oo1. Do not use/alter/reproduce any artwork shown without permission. You may use an image I drew for you for any personal purposes. You may not use it commercially or in any way to make profit. If you have any questions regarding this, please sent me a note on my DeviantArt account. Thank you.
oo2. Banners are copyrighted to Kokachu, do not use them or alter them in any way.
oo3. Do not beg for arts/items/money.
oo4. Do not be rude or mean.
oo5. I can refuse to draw anyone at any time for any reason; I am under no obligation to draw anyone.

oo6. Please avoid cluttered/obnoxious avatars, as they will most likely not be accepted for that reason.
oo7. Drawing my avatar will not increase your chances of being accepted.
oo8. Avatars and OC's are accepted, but please note that I ask for a lot of creative 'elbow room' to keep me interested. So realize that I may want to add/remove details from a character. Thanks.
oo9. Please post a nice short appearance+personality description+picture reference; all three are needed for OCs, thank you.

o11. Just because I drew a poster after you, doesn't mean I won't draw you! This thread could be ninety pages long and I might go back to the second page to draw someone on it. It's just whenever inspiration strikes. :3

'Art Types':

I am ONLY doing watercolor headshots this go-round, 500k a piece OR graphite headshots 200k a piece. I'm wanting to start getting back to drawing again, but would like to try it out on some new faces which is why I'm offering my art so cheap! biggrin Images will be drawn in graphite, painted, tweaked in Photoshop, with the high-res scan sent to you via photobucket. (I may also add in more detail/make it more than a headshot, if I like your character, you offer a decent tip, etc.)

There aren't specific references that I have for graphite headhots but take a peek at my examples and you can see the quality you're going to get, but you can also check out my deviantart account/a few posts down for the work that I'm now working on. I just had the impulse to draw/paint :3

To order, use the order form a few posts down. Fill in what you want, and post it. :3 If I choose you, I will contact you either on this thread or by PM. I require all of the asking price before I even put pencil to paper. (To ensure that even if you back out, I have something to fall back on.) Once I receive the trade for the amount of the commission, I will then start getting to work. The goal is to finish each piece in one night, which is why I'm only accepting one commission at a time. If you are entirely unsatisfied with your commission, I'll be glad to work something out with you. Either a redo, or alteration through photoshop. After I finished the art, I will then PM you the link to the high-resolution image on photobucket biggrin

FAQ

Do you do commissions? Yes, pretty much all the time now...I'm working on getting some artbooks made and I have no monies. Help meh D:

What do you use to draw? Normally I use an HB mechanical pencil, and for the most part, a moleskine sketchbook. I edit my drawings with Adobe Photoshop CS4. For this art shop, at least for now, I'll be working exclusively with graphite (and potentially graphite powder)/graphite and watercolor with acrylic accents on rag-based paper.

Can I PM you for art? No, please post here. Use the form below for art.

Will you draw avatars? Yes, of course!

Will you draw OC's? Yes, I especially love reading their histories!

What kind of art can I get? Depending on time, and what I feel up to at the time. But in your order form, please indicate your preference.

What is your DeviantArt account and prices? My dA is linked in my signature or you can go here: http://kokachu.deviantart.com/ Prices are listed in the 'price list' post, according to time and materials cost that goes into each piece.

Can I get free art? No, not really.

Who will I send the trade to? Kokachu, and that's me.

How long will you take to finish my art? Hopefully only one evening/day; sometimes things happen that are outside of my control in the real world and I cannot do much about it. Please know that I will make you aware of the situation and work it out with you as best as I can.

Can I order when the slots are full? Yes, but please recognize that I will be picking out what people I want to draw. So even if you're the first person to post, I may pick someone who posted after you. It all depends on how much I like your avatar/OC, and the inspiration I have at the time.

Your art is too expensive! I take a long time, and a boatload of effort to create art. If you have a problem with it, go find a different art forum.

Your art is really cheap! If you think that, well...you have too much money. XD Tipping is always welcome though!
