I'm aiming to start up my own charity on Gaia and/or run some user contests and to do that, I need gold!

Details: I'd love an elegant expression, and for her eye shadow to be apparent. A sexy/mature look fits.
Her lips don't need to be black (black lips generally don't look too awesome when drawn imo)!
Type: Just a head shot would be lovely.
Bribe: 18bil is all I have at the moment, unfortunately.

Now this character base is from Waitress. I paid for it and everything.
Details: She is a relatively medium in size girl, standing atleast 5’9’’ tall and weighs about 175 lb. Her breast size is DD and her waist size is 34 in.
Her appearance can change between being that of a Neko appearance to fit in with humans, to half human (human face, humanish body, arms, hands, etc) and half anthro (fur on her cheeks, ears, tail, etc), to being full anthro, to being full feral.

She has dotted tattoos around her body in addition to her leopard spots. These will glow in accordance to her energy she has (Bleach roleplay).
The bone on her head in the picture does not need to be there as well as the black spot in her chest. She is not an Arrancar (if you know the anime/manga).
Type: Bust and/or Fullbody
Bribe: 20 billion + items if you are interested.
